The property is so beautiful and peaceful but it was the staff who made the experience top notch for us. Everyone was so professional and accommodating. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The staff was amazing! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted w a glass of champagne and a smile . Everyone was very kind , professional and informative. Great amenities , great staff and beautiful property. We enjoyed our weekend getaway here and will definitely be coming back.

Very clean property with outstanding service and accommodations. Very close to shopping, dining and the beach. Even our housekeeper was amazing. This was the most expensive stay I’ve ever had (14 nights) and it was worth every dollar. We plan to return again next year.

While our overall accommodations were very nice I felt there was no communication that no cleaning would be done during our stay. There was no information where we could empty the trash that accumulated. I walked to the front desk where we had checked in to ask if I could have another bar of soap as I like to wash my hands in the kitchen and was told they don’t care for the cottages except to clean before arrival. I know that things break down and our s/c did not work and we didn’t notice as we were not in our unit very much then we told the front desk and they sent someone to fix it. No one followed up to ensure everything was working well. These little things are something I would not expect from a facility such as yours.

We appreciate your understanding and would like to inform you that our cottages do not receive daily housekeeping service and the toiletries are not replenished, but it can be requested for an additional fee of 175 per service. The valet attendance could not have been more accommodating. They really did take care of us. We came and went 1 million times over the course of five days.. my only complaint is the couple in the adjoining room next to us, had a dog which was barking nonstop one morning from probably 630 till 8 AM. They were not in the room with it then that same dog was then barking at me on its balcony the next night. I’m a dog lover, so I didn’t complain but I don’t like to be woken up by my own dogs at 7 in the morning on the weekend . Other than that it was an absolutely wonderful stay we will definitely be back.

The hotel staff does not answer the phone. I tried calling for hours in advance to ask a simple important question, and they never once picked up. Upon arrival check-in was a disaster, the staff less than helpful and very disorganized.

Wonderful experience . Hotel rooms are a little dated , but clean . Both toilets were running , not leaking but still a concern . Kitchenette supplies minimal , Naples Bay club area and pool, outstanding ! Great service and beautiful atmosphere. Loved the lazy river !!!

The property was very well maintained and clean with great views of the bay and marina. Unfortunately we were given a room directly above the restaurant Nosh and every evening when trying to relax we had the noise of diners just below our balcony. Saturday night it was particularly loud with people laughing loudly. We had to close the balcony doors and sit inside!! No one mentioned anywhere before or during our stay about this debacle. How disappointing!! When we return to Naples on the next trip, we will definitely be somewhere else.

Our room was a 2br suite and was perfect for our stay with family. The view of the marina was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. My only complaint was that the hotel didn’t work on our first day and their was a loud buzzing noise in the bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Resort is still in recovery. Places like Bonefish Grill is closed but you don't find out till you get there. If you smoke, you have to go to the street (Hwy 41) to smoke. Not even on your $300 plus a night balcony is it allowed or by the club pool area.
