"The Smart Hotel was in a very secure location and a 5 minute (or less) walk to the ferry docks and right at a cruise ship terminal. The room was clean, the staff knowledgeable and helpful and the morning breakfast had good variety with fresh fruit and hot coffee. While using Naples for a jumping off place to Rome in the north or Amalfi to the south, we will stay at this hotel at this location again."

"The Royal Continental Hotel has an excellent location with a spectacular waterfront view, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. However, the hotel itself feels quite dated, and the décor lacks the beauty and luxury I was expecting. During my visit, ongoing construction made the environment noisy and took away from the overall experience. While the views are wonderful, I wouldn't choose to stay here again."
