Für eine Tagung gebucht

Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage hinter sich, auch wenn das Personal sehr bemüht war. Frühstück und Mittagessen waren OK. Leider kein Abendessen da der zweite Koch Urlaub hatte.

L'hotel gode delle 4 stelle ma sinceramente non capisco come faccia ad averle l'immobile è al limite della fatiscenza il servizio ed il personale sono più che sufficienti. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole ma con arredamenti stile anni 70 il bagno era ghiacciato e c'erano tante formiche incredibilmente anche con le giornate di freddo polare comunque tutto sommato siamo stati bene ma bisogna fare dei lavori radicali X meritare queste 4 stelle

Je suis très déçu que la piscine ne soit pas ouverte et que pour cette saison le site ne nous informe pas. Nous aurions sûrement pris un autre hôtel.

Nice Hotel, but a bit out of the way.

We loved Naples it is such an energetic place, so much going on, teeming with people and so atmospheric, it can be a bit intimidating in certain areas, but mostly the locals are very friendly and accomodating, and some lovely restaurants at reasonable prices. You can also Visit Pompeii, Ercolano, And Vesuvius by railway all on the Line to Sorento, the railway is very cheap if a little dated. One thing that really surprised us was the driving on the roads there, you take your life in your hands when you cross the road, and we noticed most cars had dents and scratches where they have hit one another. I would recommend you spend a little time observing the driving on the roads you will find it entertaining and unbelievable. If you like noise, Bustle and Atmosphere Naples is the Place we found it Brilliant.

Far from the city centre, dirty local area

The swimming pool which was the only reason we booked a place so far from the city centre was out of commission throughout our entire stay, very disappointing, it ruined our stay! Also, I EXPECTED TWIN BEDS as per booking form, BUT NO THEY WERE SINGLES. The hotel seemed very empty and just dead, nothing happening. I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Reading 29/1/2014 and that was very pleasant!

Was nothing like in reservation

"This room opens to a balcony. Complimentary wired and wireless Internet access keeps you connected, and satellite channels are offered for your entertainment. A minibar, a coffee/tea maker, and a refrigerator are supplied. The private bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld showerhead, as well as bathrobes and designer toiletries. Air conditioning, a safe, and a desk are among the conveniences offered. This room is Non-Smoking." Only wifi, tv, minibar and non-smoking was like in this reservation. No coffee tea maker, no bathtub, Swimming pool not working because no service. Very bad experience, maybe the worst, and I have been travelling a lot.

Arrivé sans nos bagages ce durant 3 jours.....accueil et personnel agréable, la piscine ne fonctionnait pas durant tous le séjour ma sélection a été faite sur ce détail donc un peu déçu

Le San Germano Napoli n'est pas un quatre étoile

Situé en périphérie de Naples, à l'extrémité de la ligne 2 du métro, l'hôtel est facilement accessible. La chambre que nous avons réservée était spacieuse et le lit confortable. En revanche, de l'eau inondait la salle de bains à chacune de ses utilisations. Le petit déjeuner, continental, est offert avec la nuité. Peu varié, il ne proposait aucun fruit frais ni la possibilité de manger sans gluten. La piscine, aux horaires difficilement compatibles avec la visite de la ville et de ses alentours, était fermée pour d'obscures raisons techniques. Le personnel, peu disert, apparait quelque peu dépassé par les évènements. Nous avons en effet retrouvé porte et fenêtre de notre chambre grandes ouvertes à notre retour de Procida, tard le dernier soir de notre sejour. Le pass qui avait permis d'ouvrir la porte a été découvert près de la salle de bains. Il devait assurément appartenir au personnel de l'hôtel mais difficile d'en savoir plus, même dans la langue de Shakespeare...

Hotel was dirty and pool was closed!!!!!

Not a hapy experience will contact Expedia, the hotel was dirty and smelt like an ashtray. The pool was old and mouldy. They said they had closed thepool the day before but the pictures I took of mould told a different story

Belachelijke service

Hotel gebeld met de vraag of ik het kon annuleren omdat ik niet in de buurt van Napels was en het daarom zonde van de kamer vond, werd heel onvriendelijk behandeld via de telefoon en werd na een paar minuten in de wacht gezet met de reden dat er iemand anders belde wat nogal raar leek. Ik werd vijf minuten in de wacht gezet en daarna hebben ze opgehangen.

After staying at the UNA Hotel I though this would be better since it is the best western but I guess I expected too much. the staffs were okay the room clean and the environment cossy but since i had a better stay at UNA was expecting a similar room and comfort. overall I give it a 2.6

1 mal und nie wieder

Hotel ist sehr weit entfernt von alles in der Stadt. Lobby hat ein komisches Geruch. Wir haben 2 Zimmern gebucht, in ein Zimmer hat unsere Kinder ein paar Sandalen und ein Haargel Tube unter dem Bett gefunden. Im andern Zimmer haben wir ein Kork am spiegel Rahmen gefunden. Fußboden waren nicht sauber da war auch überall staub im Zimmer vorhanden. Laut Expedia sollte WLAN im Zimmer sein, aber es hat nur im Flur funktioniert. Im Badezimmer war keine heißes Wasser und kaum Wasserdruck vorhanden, war auch keine Stangen um unsere Handtücher aufzuhängen, sondern unsere Handtücher war auf eine kleine Hocker hingelegt. Ein von unsere Zimmer hat die Türschloß nicht funktioniert und mussten unsere Kinder in einen anderen Zimmer umziehen. Pool war NUR vom 10:00 - 17:30 geöffnet, und NUR mit Badekappe zu benutzen. Beim frühstück war die Auswahl am Essen nicht wirklich gut, viele Produkte nicht nachgefüllt. Die Frühstücksraum war dreckig und unsauber. Die Lichter war dir Plastik Abdeckung kaputt und man könnte die toten Fliegen sehen. Und dass direkt über die Tische. Die Sitzpolster waren auch alle nicht sauber. Da waren auch Ameisen auf die Teller. Diese Hotel entspricht überhaupt nicht die Erwartungen vom was wir bei Expedia gesehen haben. Diese Hotel entspricht nicht die 4 Sterne Standard.

Balkongen?

Brukar ju vara trevligt vid utlandsvistelsen att sitta där på morgon/kvällförintagande av typ kaffe/drink & titta på utsikten..men här fanns en plastststol!!..& inte nog med det..istället för ett normalt bealkongräcke var det en betongvägg som var ca 1.6 meter hög..=jättebesvikelse. Läget varkassare än väntat, det var ca 15 min gångväg till metron, poolen var riktigt fin men,, men.. då man ville bada på kvällen efter svettiga statspromenader så gick ju inte det heller (stängdes 1700)

hôtel calme, proximité plage et station métro

l'hotel est situé en retrait de la ville ce qui permet un calme relatif la nuit. la station de métro reliant au centre ville est à 20 minutes à pied et la plage à 40min. le personnel est très accueillant.

hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter Naples et axes

A 20 mn de l'aéroport de Naples, l'hôtel es très accessible. Le parking vaste et surveillé est lui aussi appréciable. . Nous avons un peu déploré le petit-déjeuner qui n'est pas toujours de variété égale. personnel très courtois et serviable

Die Lage des Hotels schreckt ab

Das ist Hotel ist recht ordentlich. Der Balkon, auf dem keine Möbel stehen, hätte mal eine Reinigung gebraucht. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr gut. Das Frühstück war schon sehr enttäuschend. Die Lage des Hotels ist mangelhaft. Kreuzung an 2 Hauptverkehrsstraßen. In näherer Umgebung ist nichts. Zudem noch, wie in ganz Neapel, ist die Gegend relativ dreckig. Zur U-Bahn läuft man eine gute 1/4 Stunde. bus fährt sehr unregelmäßig. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

camera confortevole

Ho scelto questo hotel, benchè molto scomodo per arrivare al centro di Napoli, perchè ha la piscina. Peccato fosse chiusa dal 15 di settembre,anche se c'erano ancora 30 gradi. Gradevole la camera ma tutto il resto non all'altezza delle sue 4 stelle.

Elendig service og forfærdeligt område

Man skal ikke tage herhen og holde ferie i flere dage. Restauranten er rigtig dårlig og dyr, og der er dårlig service. Man skal selv spørge om mange ting til morgenmaden, før man får det. Der ligger ikke særlig mange restauranter i området, så man skal tage metroen ind til Napoli, hvis man vil have ordentlig mad.

Loin du centre ville

le personnel est accueillant mais ne parle pas français ou très peu malgré le fait qu'il fasse des efforts et surtout rien n'est écrit en français. Tout est payant même le pain servit au restaurant. Et notre chambre donnait sur une rue bruyante. Les fenêtres fermées s'étaient supportables. Le métro est difficile d'accès et il faut compter 20 mn de l'hôtel et non 10 et le retour du centre ville est pénible car il faut monter pour retourner à l'hotel et le métro ferme à 22H ce qui nous oblige à prendre des taxis dont les tarifs peuvent varier du simple au double. Un conseil: prendre un taxi que l'on trouve devant l'hôtel souvent et demander au personnel de négocier le prix mais on ne peut le faire qu'à partir de l'hotel.
