We did not have breakfast included, but there are wonderful coffee bars very close. The staff were amazing, making us excellent coffee whenever requested. Our room was tiny, but clean. I've never seen that small of shower, but it worked. Very close to the train station and good restaurants.

You can get more than you expected

Colombo hotel is located close to the station. Staff are very friendly. The room is enough size for 1 person with mini-bar, very important for me especially in hot days. Very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel when you have an opportunity to come to Napoli.

Fantastic property. Great location for subway, train ,dining. The front office staff are so friendly and welcoming, simple, but very nice continental breakfast included. The one improvement would be to have black out curtains in the guest rooms. I like a room to be pitch black at night.

The staff was very friendly, from the hosts to the cleaners. The location of the hotel is nearby the station of Naples and the old centre. It was easy to walk to the most attractions in Naples. There was room service every day. Some cons are the dust on the furniture, the matresses with no temperature regulation and the relatively small shower cabinet, but the accommodation is overall very OK to good.

I loved this little hotel. I had no idea how centrally located it would be when I booked it! It's a no-frills hotel. My room was very tiny with a single bed, but it had a private bathroom (which is all I care about). They clean the bedroom and change the towels every day, but if you want the bed sheets changed, you need to ask them to do it. I was there for 10 days, and my bed sheets were not changed (although they did make my bed every day). Other than that.... loved it! The staff was great, helpful, super friendly, and the breakfast was awesome. No cold cuts, but breads, muffins, cereal, and awesome cappuccino!!! The hotel is walking distance to Naples' central train station and there are a TON of shops and restaurants around it. I felt super safe walking around the neighborhood the entire time I was there. Bonus! The "Eat Pray Love" pizzeria (L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele) is only about 3 or 4 blocks from Hotel Colombo, and I didn't even know! Imagine my shock! The Hop On Hop Off bus has a stop right across the street from the hotel (Stop #7), so that was awesome, too!!! I cried on my last day. I still miss my tiny room and my daily routine. If you're content with "simple" things like I am when I travel, you will love Hotel Colombo!

Worst kind

An absolute budget hotel of the worst kind. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet seat was loose, the ventilation was dirty, and the room was generally greasy and unpleasant with a musty smell. The curtains were grimy, and the air conditioning barely worked. High noise level. The hotel is centrally located near the train station, but the area feels extremely unsafe.

Unfortunately did not meet our expectations

This hotel, while budget-friendly, unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The bathroom was not as clean as we would have hoped, with a loose toilet seat and less than ideal ventilation. The room itself had a unpleasant, musty odor. The air conditioning was not very effective. The noise level was quite high, which was a bit disruptive. While the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, the surrounding area felt somewhat unsafe.

Muito boa

Muito boa, no inicio ficamos com medo da rua, mas quando vimos que o pessoal do hotel era muito simpatico e nos tranquilizou que era seguro tivemos 0 problemas, funcionarios educados, tudo sempre limpo e perto de muitos restaurantes e bares legais, nao se assustem com o local e podem ficar tranquilos, fomos até o hotel e voltamos a pé até a estaçao de trem e foi super tranquilo!

Het hotel is gedateerd, maar op zich verder prima en zeer fijn en behulpzaam personeel. Voelt heel veilig en persoonlijk in het hotel zelf en dagelijks bedden opgemaakt en schone handdoeken. Alleen de straat zit net op een onprettige plek met veel geluidsoverlast. Op straat is het vies en voelt het minder veilig, hoewel het niet onveilig geweest is. Advies is om vanuit hotel linksaf naar de grotere straat te lopen, dat scheelt een hoop.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis top. Die Lage ist zwar etwas laut und auch mal dreckig, man erreicht aber alles zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Es ist nunmal direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche Personal, welches all unsere Fragen beantwortet hat und stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht hatte. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
