The garage area has been converted into a private loft suite with its own independent entrance, ideal for accommodating additional guests. This space is not included by default in the reservation and can be made available for an additional fee if extra guests are staying. Prior notice is required.

• The property features a heated swimming pool for added comfort. The pool heating must be requested in advance and is available at an additional cost, as it needs to be activated ahead of time.
• Any additional services must be requested prior to arrival to provide the best experience during your stay.
