Hotel Location
a fantastic hotel in the best location heart of Naples. 10 mins walk to the Spanish Quarter. Fabulous breakfast, plenty too suit everyone. We caught the Alba bus from airport 5 euros per person get off at the last Port stop and its a fairly straight walk from there, walk to Hotel around 15 mins\. on our return to airport (Naples) Hotel called us a Taxi 22.50 if booked with Hotel .All in all great 5 days in Naples .

The staff was very helpful; however, the property and the upkeep needs a lot of improvement. In the room the floors were dirty, there were little black bugs in the bathroom, and the padded walls were stained (Lord knows what's living under there). I had the breakfast included: the scrambled eggs were cold, as if they just came out of the refrigerator, the bacon and sausages were not even cooked, and the coffee wasn't good at all. This is far from being a 4 star hotel.

Fantastic stay at the Culture Hotel in Napoli. Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself is top notch. Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Slept like logs. Breakfast was wonderful and filling. We can’t wait to come back.

Totally disappointment. Definitely I will not recommend the hotel. The reception is very unprofessional and not customer friendly. The management is inflexible, unhelpful and not supportive to the hotel clients.

Hotel is outdated, the room was dusty. Breakfast was OK. The only advantage was the location- walking distance to everything. The hotel should be rated as 3 stars maximum.

A very good hotel for the price. Room was quite small but comfortable bed, very good a/c (important when the outside temperature is a humid 33), good shower, and a rarity in Italy - a kettle with coffee (instant) supplied. Location is great, with the centro storico, Via Toledo, Plebiscito and San Carlo opera house all in easy walking distance. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, but coffee i good and staff are nice.

Good location
It was a good location if you want to walk the busy shopping streets of Naples. We did a long walk to the Catacombs and an fairly short walk to the Archeological Museum. Service was ok. Not as friendly as other places we stayed during our 3 weeks in Italy, but they didnt do anything wrong just not as welcoming. Breakfast was included.

Great location, amazing staff and good service and breakfast. The rooms are a bit small but no issue whatsoever. It just to sleep. The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect for Naples.

Good central location and friendly staff. We paid for a superior room and the one we were allocated was disappointing - very small and really quite basic and nothing like the picture on Expedia. The shower didn't work properly the first night, but was ok once fixed. Breakfast was so-so. I really can't understand why a hotel in the south of Italy can't at least have a decent selection of fruit available.

The reception was great extremely welcoming and helpful.The location was superb in relation to the old quarter,the port and the Opera House;all of which we visited.Our bedroom was fine with all the facilities at our disposal.The staff at breakfast,we found,were not particularly friendly and we felt uncomfortable whilst we were there.It didn’t help having scrambled egg together with the shell!

The property was in a good location, very quiet, clean and the staff were very friendly. The room itself was a nice size, including a large wardrobe, shower and bed. The view from our window was another building opposite, so there was no view basically, but this is expected on a main road in Naples. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, from the receptionists to the breakfast staff. We had an issue with our shower as soon as we got there, and within a couple of minutes a maintenance man had come to the room and fixed it straight away. I would recommend this hotel, especially as a good base if you are going to be doing lots of walking around Naples. It is about a 20 minute walk from the train station, and about a 15 minute drive to the airport via taxi.

Great hotel right downtown Naples
Stayed there for almost a week. Everything is near and walkable. Clean and staff is very friendly. Comfortable beds, room are small but very manageable. Refrigerator and safe are appreciated. Only bad thing was that the air condition broke for 2 nights, management was apologizing and offered some compensation. So I would suggest you verify that air condition is working because Napoli can be very hot in summer! Otherwise very good hotel.

Really nice stay, extremely well located in Central Naples. Breakfast was lovely and rooms were clean. Our rooms were on the small side without much room. Wasn't much of an issue except in the bathroom as everything was slightly crammed in. Really good stay overall.
