Briarwood 3 bedroom 2 bath home with gorgeous pool and outdoor area

This stunning updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is in the peaceful, gated community of Briarwood and has perfect exposure allowing the pool area to catch the sun all morning and most of the afternoon. The house features an open-plan living space that flows out to the covered lanai and pool area, vaulted ceilings, dining area, and a breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with patio doors that open onto the pool area, a walk-in closet, a smart TV and en-suite bathroom with double sink vanity, soaking tub and large shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with g sliding doors that opens onto the pool.
These to bedrooms share the guest bathroom with a tub/shower.

The house features a fantastic pool area with ample outdoor space in a very private setting. The pool lanai area catches the sun throughout the day while the outdoor dining space (by the patio doors) is pleasantly shaded. The veranda also has sun loungers.

The Briarwood has two communal pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball and beach volley courts and recently built children's playground free to use . Spectacular beaches, stylish downtown Naples, and public golf courses to suit all abilities offering club hire are only a short drive away. The villa has recently been redecorated and is ready for you to make this your home away from home!

Amazing location

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Highly recommend this home and would definitely visit again. Private pool and very responsive property manager.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience from start to finish was 5 out of 5 stars with CNE Vacation. The holiday home was as described within the rental information and pictures taken. The hospitality app was easy to use and the property was in a fantastic location. We will be back soon.

Quiet Neighborhood

Quiet and gated community with easy access to Old Naples. We enjoyed walking along the tree lined streets but the pool was probably the biggest plus. Because the pool is heated from water pipes on the roof, in February, the pool was almost 90 degrees. There are 4 beach chairs and the house is about 20 minutes from Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz for sunset There are two full bathrooms but only one hair dryer so bring an extra one if needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and i just spent a month at this lovely home.Everything about it was perfect. The location was perfect - 10 minutes to downtown Naples; 10 minutes to Vanderbilt beach; 25 minutes to Marco Island and 20 minutes to Bonita Springs. The house had everything you could possibly need (including an air fryer, 4 TVs, a spacious pool, great shower and many other features).The girls at CNE couldn't have been nicer. They responded immediately to our requests and were very proactive. They even provided a detailed booklet with all the information a renter could need. We have rented homes both domestically and internationally and this was the first time such a document was provided. Thanks, girls.All in all, this was a wonderful trip and we will be renting this house in the future.
