Great location and host!

Francesco was very nice and helpful. The place is extremely well located, metro 1 min away and 15 min walk from all the main attractions . It’s a bit small but you have everything you need and most importantly a comfortable bed!

Great location

Clean, easy and accessible to all the sights. Close to good restaurants (pizzeria area) (via Toledo) and also some genuine stores less than 100meters from the room.

Great stay in Naples

It was an amazing stay. The owner was very helpful showing where to go in Naples and what to do. He also made certain that my room was cleaned and that I was comfortable. For the price this was an outstanding value.
Historic building was very secure and well maintained.

Great location!

Great location! Takes only couple minutes walk to metro station. Also, it’s very close to the port to Capri or Amalfi coast, restaurants and city center. The room faces to street is a bit noisy from the busy traffic outside of building.

It is a steal. A room the size of a shoebox with absolutely no service. The shower head was so dirty that we could not even consider touching it. Out of toilet paper. As I said, it is a steal.

STAY AWAY - RUDE/THREATENING MANAGER

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel and left a negative mark on my entire holiday. On the last morning hotel manager/owner threatened me, intimidated me, was extremely rude and condescending and accursed me of trying to cheat him out of city tax before going on to tell me how rich he is. When my partner tried to understand why he was being so aggressive toward me; he literally blew up and started shouting and saying if we weren’t in the hotel he would hit him. He then shouted at us to get out. He also has no boundaries or understanding of privacy and is extremely intense, and borders on unprofessional. The room is very basic and not in very good condition. I was also woken by loud drilling both mornings very early. Don’t waste your time and money and stay away from this person.

The room was very spartan and austere. The rooms were part of a big building. The place was locked in and felt a bit like a prison. Was concerned about easy exit in case of a fire or other emergency. Would not stay there again.

Exceptional room , fantastic location

Fabolous building, in the center of Naples. You don’t need to take trains. You can walk everywhere. Seaside restaurants and scenery amazing. Old town is also 10 min walk away. Room was faboulous. 5 star! Great bathroom, comfy bed and clean, new room. Stunning building. Loved it. Highly recommend. Train station is at the door step. 2 second away! One stop to garibaldi and you can take airport bus called alibus. Took us 10 min to get to airport. Do not take taxi. They said 20eur but driver was cheeky and asked for 35eur. Take train and bus. class area. Excellent value for money. Francesco was lovely host.
