It offers maximum comfort and a perfect location: in front of the sea, in the center, two minutes from the subway and restaurants, and 10 minutes from the port. The panoramic view of Capri, Nisida, Procida, and Ischia will leave you breathless. Enjoy the large terrace to relax and sunbathe. It will be a unique experience!

Inside, you will find two bedrooms with modern design, tastefully furnished with comfort in mind. The two bathrooms are also of modern and contemporary design, offering a unique experience even in daily routines. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare tasty meals during your stay. The living room, with its minimalist design, offers a comfortable space to relax and enjoy your free time.

Exterior: You will have access to a balcony where you can dine outdoors and an entire private terrace with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Pozzuoli and Bacoli, from where you can admire Nisida, Capri, Procida, and Ischia.
