With a sandy beach where you will likely see a turtle resting, and convenient access to experiences that appeal to vacationers, this is a good choice. If you rent more than the penthouse, also get a unit on the 1st floor for easier access to the pool/beach area, but it's ok if you don't. There is an elevator which definitely helps get groceries & luggage up. The view out the wall of windows & from the balcony is absolutely spectacular, whether it's sunsets or rainbows over the azure, clear surf, pure tropic serenity is in front of you. "
