  • This inviting condo provides you with a comfortable, easy and convenient way to enjoy your stay. This super cute unit is located in an excellent location between Kaanapali and Kahana/Napili. The unit is across the street from Honokowai Beach Park, only a 1 minute walk across the street to swim or watch the beautiful sunsets from the grass. The unit is equipped with all you need for a day at the beach - cooler, chairs and umbrella. The lanai provides a view of the beach park, and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverages!
    It is walking distance to restaurants, food trucks and grocery stores. It is also just a short drive for shopping and dining at Whalers Village or to the beautiful beaches in Kaanapali, Kahana and Napili.

    The ground floor unit is fully furnished in a relaxed, vintage Hawaiian style decor, and has all the amenities that you will need for your stay. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. We also feature Cozy Earth linens in the primary bedroom. If you prefer fresh air, there is no need for A/C, just open the windows and slider and enjoy the natural breezes to cool you off!

    There is a reserved parking spot in front of the unit for the guests. There are laundry facilities on site, a comfortable bar-b que area, and a private pool.

Very nice 1 bdrm close to the beach with a beautiful view. Great coffee shop right next door too. AC is only in the bedroom so those sleeping on the pull out in the living room may get warm. Communication with the host was easy and fast and she was very accommodating during our stay.

Napili Point is our favorite place to stay on Maui. Even with the big storm we were comfortable and no problem with losing power. We were lucky that our trip ended on Saturday and we escaped the worst of the storm.

Nothing but postives during our stay. Communication was easy and excellent, entry was easy using the keypad, beach/ocean directly across the street and in view from the living room. Plenty of options for eating within walking distance as well as a grocery store. Bus stop across the street if you didn't rent a car. The condo was spotless.

Location is perfect. Small businesses near by. Right across from the beach park with a great view from the patio. Kitchen was well stocked. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Excellent little condo!

A great little condo! I had to work from the condo for the first two mornings while my partner got to go golfing but it was a lovely space to work from as the view of the water is a good motivator. Clean, easy parking, lots of great coffee and food nearby. Would absolutely stay again!

Everything you need for a wonderful stay in Maui!

This condo was the perfect size for our stay, and had all of the amenities we needed. The location was near enough to restaurants, stores and the beach, but not smack in the middle of a crowded tourist area. The check-in instructions and other property information were very helpful. Lots of great little touches like beach towels, laundry facilities (and cloth lines to hang wet bathing suits), both a queen bed and a fold-out couch bed, a free designated parking space - and lots of places to plug electronics in. Clean, comfortable, and a totally charming place to stay.

Great Location

Don’t let the exterior of the building scare you. The remodeled unit is very nice with all of the basics provided. Noise from the street can be an issue. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The owners were very easy to work with. I’ll be back.

Comfortable Access to the Neighborhood

Thanks to Sophia's comfortable and well-arranged apartment, we enjoyed our stay in Maui. The apartment is right across the beach and in walking distance to several stores: farmer's marker, coffee store, etc. Additionally, besides the basics, we appreciated access to the kitchen utensils and cutlery, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and towels; however, a few things left us a little irritated. For starters, we didn't have access to the TV (it wasn't working) throughout our stay. When I called the property manager, he didn't answer (which is understandable since it was Christmas Eve). I then messaged Sophia who asked me to call the cable company (which I didn't think was fair) and work it out. She did take a more involved approach on the fourth day but we couldn't resolve the issue since I couldn't be home during the three-way call (again, I think this should have been arranged between her and the property manager). Additionally, bedding and beach towels were only provided for two people (not 4), and no offer of a change in bedding for a five-day stay. I asked the property manager on day 4 (who happily did it). Without sounding petty, I was just a little irritated that the stay wasn't designed for a family of four (with two kids) even though I had communicated that. The property just came "as advertised" and lacked any personal touch which isn't wrong by any means.

This was such a great little one bedroom, beach across the street and could see the water from the living room! Walking distance to great coffee and restaurants. There was laundry on site which was a nice amenity. Pro tip, use the pull out couch as a lounging ocean view napping area.
