- We welcome and need you to visit our beautiful island. We thank you for your support and welcome you! This property is hotel zoned which means that short term rentals will continue to be legal rentals at this property. The apartment zoned properties are proposed to be converted to long term rentals. There are many new restaurants that have opened as well as several popular ones on the edge of Lahaina Town. We are rebuilding and looking forward to a bright future with your love and support. Our glamorous, newly remodeled apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, new flooring and furniture, fully equipped kitchen, living room with new 55” smart TV, private lanai with ocean view, washer/dryer, AC, and Wi-Fi, and we're within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. Pool newly remodeled at the oceans front, BBQs, cool lawn area with chaise lounges to relax in the sun, gym and concierge. Parking fee is paid at the front desk.
We were previously using a property management company. We are now managing our home. We appreciate your support. Aloha!
