OCEANFRONT CONDO AT PAPAKEA! No Resort Fees! Amazing Views! Owner managed and beautifully remodeled. Non-smoking. Our third floor condo (F Building) offers spectacular panoramic views of the blue Pacific and the islands of Lanai and Molokai. One of only a few true oceanfront condos available at Papakea Resort. Right on the water! Incredible sunsets and whale watching from your private lanai. It has been remodeled with beautiful rich cabinets, granite countertops, upscale bathroom, etc. Comfortable furnishings situated to view the ocean waves and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit comes with everything needed including a fully equipped kitchen, a Keurig Coffee Brewing System and Mr. Coffee, washer/dryer suite, in-room safe, Wifi, ironing board, iron, hair dryer and a pack-n-play. We provide beach chairs and beach umbrella. It has a Smart TV in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a king bed. There is a split air conditioner in the living room with a large ceiling fan. The bedroom has a large ceiling fan. Maui doesn't get any better than this!

The beautiful Papakea Resort Oceanfront Property is a short walk to restaurants and shopping in the Kaanapali area of Maui. There is a large supermarket across the street from Papakea Resort. It has wonderful, expansive tropical gardens and ponds. The amenities include 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts, 2 shuffleboards, 2 putting greens, 12 gas barbecues, picnic areas, free WIFI access, free local calls, cornhole, lei making every Saturday, Mai Tai party every Thursday with local musician and hula, putting tournaments on Sunday, yoga and swimmercize classes. Complimentary use of putters, tennis and pickle ball rackets can be checked out at the front desk.

Loved our stay.

Loved our stay here especially sitting out on the Lanai with my coffee and listening and watching the waves. Enjoyed that it was within walking distance of some restaurants, food trucks and a few shops. Just wish we had more time to explore the area.

Perfect place close to Kannapali Beach. Woke up each AM with perfect view on Lanai with Breakfast, and sunsets to match. Restaurants, snorkal vendors, and beaches very close drive away. Would def stay here again

We love Maui and this is our second stay at the Papakea Resort. This unit has beautiful views of the ocean and Molokai. We would definitely stay here again!

True Oceanfront property

Loved the view and amazing sunsets. It was fun watching the many turtles passing by from the lanai. Unit was very comfortable and we used the available beach chairs on our trips to the beautiful beaches nearby. We walked to some restaurants and others were not far by car.

Everything about this place was just as advertised. The room and amenities were outstanding. Communication with the host was A+. The beach chairs and umbrella were used more than anything else. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Amazing View Condo

The Condo was amazing with beautiful ocean view and is very close to restaurants and stores. Check-in process was very easy. I only needed to contact owners once and there was a very quick response. The best compliment I can give is that we would stay here again!

Great Getaway

Clean and amazing place. Walk out straight to the oceanfront. You can watch the sunrise and sunset right from the porch. There are two pools and an ocean walk about 30 seconds away. If you are looking to stay in just the resort it is very convenient but if you have a car free parking as well. 5 star stay.

Perfect location!

We’ve stayed twice now at the Papakea Resort. Once with our three children and now once with just us - we love this spot as it’s close to everything and so peaceful. You just can’t beat the sunsets on that balcony. *sigh* 🏝️❤️

Just what we needed!

What a wonderful place to stay! Only 30 feet from the ocean with a perfect view of breaching whales, turtles, spinner dolphins and amazing sunsets. This place everything that we needed so that we did not have to eat out very often. I had some questions and they were answered very promptly and we felt very welcomed.

Very nice stay!

Very clean and well stocked condo with beautiful ocean view. Check in was very easy and clear. Property was fun . Plenty of towels and beach chairs etc to use. Literally Only complaint is not a lot of airflow to the bedroom for sleeping But everything was great overall and we enjoyed our stay Very much!

Paradise

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in West Maui. This condo is perfection - the view is to die for, the amenities are wonderful, and the location is fabulous (within walking distance to groceries, food truck park, great restaurants and the most heavenly cinnamon rolls!). We spent a lot of time staring at the ocean from the lanai - watching endless turtles swim by, and we also saw lots of dolphins and even a manta ray! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us.

AMAZING property!

Absolutely perfect. Very clean, nicely appointed, well-equipped. And the view — breathtaking! We spent most of our time on the lanai. The staff at Papakea Resort are very nice and helpful, the grounds are meticulously maintained, the pools are clean and refreshing, and there is a small beach at the north end with decent snorkeling. And as an added bonus, it’s a short walk to a supermarket, fish market, and beach boardwalk along the northern Kaanapali resorts. We will absolutely try to book this property again on future trips to Maui.

Our favorite!

You can’t beat the view! Sunsets, watched turtles while having coffee in the mornings! Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. We cooked about half the time, the grills by the pool are great. The beach chairs and cooler were a great plus. Great communication with the owner, she is very sweet and made sure we were all set. We’ve been to Maui 5 times and this will be our new go-to place to stay. Mahalo!

Happy in Paradise

Two weeks at this lovely property. The owner was responsive and assisted us with requests. The condo unit itself was clean and well located overlooking the ocean. Our only suggestion for improvement would be in designating one of the two swimming pools on the property as adult only and “quiet “ so that guests who wish to relax and read could enjoy the space. We often found the pools to be noisy with young children and filled with children’s toys and games. One quiet pool would provide an opportunity for everyone to enjoy the pool experience they are looking for.

2024 New Year Getaway (12/30/23 - 1/3/24)

Very convenient place to visit attractions and events on West Maui. The condo has everything you need to dine-in if you want but also close to several restaurants, malls and stores. Definitely saw whales from the place and enjoyed having the morning coffee/breakfast while watching and hearing the waves from the lanai. Fortunately, the disastrous Lahaina fire hasn't stopped the community from getting back on its feet and re-opening for locals and visitors. Glad to be a contributor to the recovery by buying local and can't wait to re-visit when Lahaina town re-opens in a few years.

A lovely space

We really enjoyed Bev’s place and all that Papakea Resort had to offer. Stunning to sit on the lanai and watch the waves pound the shore and whales breach in the distance. The kitchen was especially well-appointed. We had to feed 2 hungry teens through going to Costco and the kitchen had everything we needed. One piece of advice I would offer other families interested in renting this peaceful space: It would be more roomy for those with small kids rather than teens. The pullout bed in the living room would accommodate small ones better. And any party over 2 will be charged an extra $10 per person per night, despite the condo being advertised to sleep 4. However, we made the most of it and Bev was wonderful in providing an extra foamie for the floor.
