Great house in a great location
We stayed a few days while visiting Napier. Loved the location and the house. It has great views and is close to the core of the city to walk to everything in the core of the city. The house has a great layout for two couples and has everything you need. We loved our stay.

Exquisite!
Absolutely stunning property. Beautifully decorated, clean, well laid out. Perfect for us two couples. It was the little things, like the fire stoked for us, complimentary toiletries for if we forgot something. It was truly just like being at home. Communication for check in was hassle free and really friendly. We even had a personal note and chocolates left for us. Totally recommend this property and we hope to revisit one day soon.

Stunning Villa with beautiful views.
We had a wonderful stay at Seaview Villa. Centrally located and within walking distance to Marine Parade and Napier town centre. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Top of our list of Bookabach accommodation and would highly recommend it.

Stylish cliff top bungalow with views over the city and sea
A lot of attention has been paid to the furnishings in this lovely accommodation. Very well equipped, it is probably very difficult to better this for a stay in Napier.

Amazing place
This property is so lovely! Sitting on top of the bluff with views looking out over the sea, it’s a pleasure to wake up here and have coffee on the deck. The kitchen is the most well equipped we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are good sized and nicely furnished. Easy access to downtown and the water, which has a great walking/biking path that goes for miles. So comfortable you won’t want to leave!

Stylish, comfortable and great location
We had a wonderful experience staying at the Seaview Villa. The house has everything you need, the decor very stylish, the bedrooms comfortable and the view over Napier and the ocean was spectacular. Close to everything in the town and I won't forget the sunrise each morning. Communication with the host was prompt and very helpful. Thank you.

Fantastic stay in Napier
We can’t say enough good things. The property itself is beautiful and Leyan has decorated it like something you see in a magazine. We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find something this amazing and during Art Deco Fest.

Simply Lovely!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaview and only wish we could have stayed longer. The home is lovely—so comfortable and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well-equipped; we actually cancelled our restaurant reservations and decided to cook in each night and sit on that gorgeous deck to dine and enjoy the view. The owner is wonderful on communications. The location is great - a short walk down to the water and many beautiful sites. And the home is absolutely spotless!

Perfect
Leyan's place ticks all the boxes of an excellent accommodation: Centrally located, convenient - everything is either within walking distance, bike or a short car ride, spotless clean, first class beddings/towels/toiletries, a super-complete kitchen that will surely please if you love to cook. It was pleasurable to hangout and chill out in the patio at end of day with drinks and barbecue, the house grill was very useful. May I also add that the eclectic Victorian interiors of the home was elegantly done. I definitely vouch for this place and will book here again.

Seaview Cottage Napier
A beautiful little 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage, overlooking the beach and the town. We highly recommend Seaview Cottage. The Decor was gorgeous the kitchen had everything you could want. Comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms. We had the best Christmas ever.

Fantastic place with an amazing view!
This house is totally beautiful! Had everything we needed. Most amazing view of Napier & the ocean, even more beautiful at night. Décor inside done by someone who knew their decorating. Stunning kitchen! Lovely big table/chairs outside on the deck was lovely in the morning sun. The fire was set for us if required. There was three of us & we would not hesitant to recommend this place. All instructions nice & clear. Owner made contact regularly which was lovely. Was a most relaxing stay EVER!! Love Napier, loved this house!

An amazing property!
My fiends and I were down for our first time entering the Hawkes Bay Marathon (10k part of it!). From the time of booking everything was incredibly easy with this property, Leyan was an amazing host and the property was even better than described. We got there quiet late so to have the fire ready to light was a wonderful touch. Thank you so much, we absolutely loved our stay in your beautiful property.

Amazing Gem
A really beautiful place to stay, when you want to get away from it all or just want somewhere comfortable for the night. It has to be one of my favourite places to stay in Naiper. The views are beautiful and the place is always meticulously tidy and clean. Leyan you are an amazing host, thank you for the lovely card and chocolates.

SeaviewTce Villa was as described and more. An amazing view,beautiful kitchen with everything you would want,fabulous fridge and ice maker. Very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay at Bluff Hill the property is in a good location and you can easily access the centre and the seafront. The property is really well equipped with loads of kitchen equipment. I could highly recommend this place.

Good Times in Napier
Bluff Hill was such a lovely home away from home for us. It was a perfect location for walking into town and was very comfortable to return home to. Our host left chocolates and a sweet note for us upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The house was clean, charming and very well appointed. Although there was no shower in the primary bathroom, the pots were a little flimsy (though the kitchen was very well stocked) and the road to the house was slightly challenging, we would still stay there again. The views were lovely and the home was very comfortable. My daughter and I particularly liked the bathrobes and felt this was above and beyond for a house rental.

Beautiful house with great sea views
This house is wonderful. It's an old house with lots of character, modernized in a tasteful way with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's a path beside the house which leads straight down to the esplanade and there's private parking which was great. We didn't need to move the car during our stay as it's so close to the centre (but far enough away to be private) We didn't meet Leyan but she was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries. Highly recommended.

This is an absolutely beautiful property! Great location, sparklingly clean, comfortable in all ways, and very inviting. The host has thought of everything once could need and it comes stocked with great cooking amenities, even some staples, and many beautiful dishes. We absolutely did not want to leave and would definitely stay here again, as often as we could. There was a storm the whole time we were there, but we didn’t mind a bit because the house is so wonderful. And I haven’t even mentioned the view which is incredible. Also, communication with the host was prompt and entry was very easy.

Fantastic Villa, Hard to Fault, Bang On!
Seaview Villa is a delight. We arrived to find a beautiful Christmas presence, adorning a pretty entrance way was a Christmas wreath and inside Christmas touches and goodies. This is a happy home, with fab views, decor and provisions. We appreciated the pantry basics, squeaky clean with heritage touches and comfortable furnishings and everything you need for every eventuality. Loved the double oven and fridge, food preparation space and water pressure, Weber BBQ, plenty of linen, new washing machine, outdoor washing line, deck with great views and comfortable seating. A home away from home. Friendly neighbours and coffee on tap down the steps at the Ocean Spa. Easy walk to town with a feeling of virtue gained popping up and down the steps. Excellent Wifi - not once did the connection drop out. We slept like logs and loved the early morning sun which flooded the living areas. We’ll look forward to returning in the future. Thanks for sharing your lovely property, much appreciated.

The perfect spot for a long weekend
My partner and I were very lucky to stumble across Leyan’s property as a somewhat last minute booking. We stayed for several nights and were totally blown away by her absolutely stunning villa. Set on an historic street overlooking the ocean and the heart of Napier, the location was second to none. Not that we wanted to leave the house! It was beautifully restored and an absolute pleasure to spend our time in. The covered verandah proved a favourite spot, particularly to seek cover from the rain in what was a wet weekend. This is a very special property that will not disappoint!

Exquisite - Photo's don't do it justice
This property is our dream home. It is a couple of minutes walk (albeit up a steep hill) from the CBD with extensive city and sea views. It has been lovingly restored and has all the amenities you could ask for and more. It is a delightful place for RnR. We regularly visit Napier and this is the best place by far we have ever stayed. We hope to return. Communication was also friendly and timely. Really, really recommend.

One of our best vacation stays!
This spot is a rare gem. Leyan kindly came to greet us and give us a tour of the place when we arrived. The place is more spacious and the decor and views are even more extravagant than what you see in the photos. The house is on a quiet street...the only sound you may hear in the evenings is the sound of the waves rolling in from the ocean which is amazing. The place is very clean and modern (with a fun vintage flair in decor). The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking tools and cutlery, and there is a cabinet full of fine dishes, cups, and glasses. The place was clearly renovated and furnished for ownership at one time (with beautiful tiling and wood flooring) and it was definitely a treat to be able to admire and experience the owner’s fine touches and taste. The fire and heater in the living room made this a really nice place to just chill and stay in with friends. Finally, the location is unmatched. Beautiful ocean views from the top of the hill, staircase down to the water, and Ocean Spa making it easy to go down for a dip (which we recommend), and an easy walk to town. We barely needed our car the whole stay. We would definitely stay hear again next time we find ourselves in town. Thanks for a wonderful getaway, Leyan!

Absolutely charming
Welcoming host. Warm and cosy, extremely clean, everything you need plus more. Early morning coffee on the deck watching Napier's beautiful sun rise. Convenient walking distance to down town Napier. Looking to experience a taste of Napier's art deco? This is the place to stay.
