Stunning Bungalow, completely remodeled including Hardwood floors, beautiful kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Do not miss out on this ideal vacation home located in the heart of Old Town Napa. The wrap-around deck leads through a small gate into the meticulously landscaped backyard. Recent updates: Interior professionally painted, hardwood floors refinished, brand new sectional sofa and new mattresses

This house was restored with love and attention to every detail. The kitchen has granite counter tops with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a 36 bottle wine cooler. Master bedroom has a CAJ King-size bed as well as a private deck that leads to the backyard.

The large master bath has dual sinks with marble counter tops and a beautiful Marble shower with four shower heads. It does not get any more relaxing than this! There is also a door out of the master bath which leads you to a private deck with sitting area.

The guest bath has a 100 year old claw foot tub, pedestal sink, and luxurious soft towels. The first Guest room has a Queen-Size bed and flat screen tv. The second guest room also has a Queen bed, ample closet space, printer, and luxury linens.

The 4th Bedroom is a detached cottage with hardwood floors, walk in closet and large private bathroom. It has French doors looking into the backyard and it is only steps from the main house. THE COTTAGE is an additional $100 per night.

The accommodations were ideal for our family of 8! Very comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, great living space for hanging out. The kitchen was nicely supplied and allowed us to eat some of our meals at the house. The house was within walking distance to downtown (a 20 min walk through residential areas). Lots of great restaurants in downtown Napa! We would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Location is about a 15-20 walk to downtown Napa. Quiet, safe and beautiful. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

Lovely house in Napa

Our house was roomy, well appointed, in a lovely neighborhood that was easily walkable and close to the dining and shopping areas of downtown Napa. It was clean and we loved being able to wind down after tastings and hiking. Very enjoyable!

Perfect space for a getaway!

This property is walking distance (1+ mile) from downtown Napa and all of its shops and restaurants. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are well equipped, as is the kitchen. We also utilized the back cottage, and it was great as well. While the neighborhood isn’t “fancy”, it is quiet and cute. This really was the perfect place to stay for our group!

Charming Home, “Retreat” Backyard

It looks a bit small from the street; but this is a large home. Fabulous back yard; quiet neighborhood. Huge master suite and bath. Very comfortable new king-size bed. It suited my needs quite well. I’d stay again!

Perfect Napa escape

The Monroe house was absolutely perfect for our group of 4 couples! Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. We enjoyed being able to relax inside or out after our wine tasting days. Kitchen had all we needed to do some cooking and the grill was perfect for the best dinner Saturday night! Amy is a fabulous hostess - very responsive and had recommendations/referrals as we planned our trip. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Napa Getaway

We would definitely stay in this home again! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed and was very clean. We also rented the cottage and it was a nice place to sleep. You can walk to downtown from the house, but it is about a mile walk. We did it after dinner a couple of times and wasn’t bad. The checkin and checkout process was a breeze.

Celebrated a Birthday In Style

The five of us who stayed here really enjoyed the property. Having the main house and cottage gave us plenty of room to spread out. The location was close enough to downtown to walk or a quick Uber in. Also close to the main highway for getting around to the wineries. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed and we loved the dual single cup/pot coffee maker. And the snack basket was an extra bonus! We would definitely recommend the property.

Girl Trip

We loved our stay! Beds were very comfortable. House was clean and conducive to cooking, watching TV, eating meals and hanging out with friends. We used the outdoor areas a lot to read, watch birds and enjoy a glass of wine at end of the day. 15 minute walk to town but parking was so easy in town we did that too! Short drive to grocery stores and anything else you might need. Calistoga spas only 40 minutes away, Sonoma 20 minutes and Skyline park for hiking only 10 minutes. Highly recommend, we would definitely rent again!

Beautiful!

We can't say enough great things about the host and the home! The main living area and kitchen were the perfect indoor place for all of us to hang out together. There were three outdoor places for hanging out as well providing both shade and sun. The host went above and beyond to make sure the home was guest ready from a basket of sweet and salty snacks on arrival, coffee pods and creamers, robes in the all the rooms and extra bathroom and shower amenities. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and was an easy walk or drive into downtown Napa. We will stay here if we are lucky enough to return to Napa in the future.

Family Reunion

This house was the perfect fit for 8 people who came to Napa for a family reunion. Amy, the hostess was ver accommodating to our requests & easy to reach! There was plenty of room for all of us with nice gathering space inside & out. The location of the home is very near to downtown Napa or the freeway. It made it very convenient for our reunion, shopping & visiting a couple close by towns like Yountville, St. Helena & Calistoga. We also appreciated the hot water every morning for showers! No one ever had a cold one!! The place was well equipped with amenities, cookware, pans, bowls, utensils, coffee pot & Keurig. Thanks for a wonderful stay Amy!!!!
