This Historical home is located in the heart of the downtown Napa. Built in the 1900's and fully restored in December 2007, the beautiful hardwood floors, wood ceilings, solid wood doors and old fashioned Bennington knobs make this home a charming getaway. The new kitchen is done with granite tiles and has a Tuscan feel with beautiful colors of the wine valley.

The house has bedrooms 2- one with a king size bed and plenty of room. The second room is outfitted with Queen size bed with an office and desk. The sun shines through the day bedroom for a quiet nap in the afternoon or a read of your favorite book. The downstairs with a couch and tv and master bath.

The house is permitted for 6 guests, however there are only 2 bedrooms. The couch and aero mattress would accommodate the 5th and 6th guest.

The house is furnished with many old antiques. We have an original BUCKS stove that was used in the 1900's for cooking.

The newly upgraded kitchen was done in an early 1900 wine country theme, however with modern appliances. The appliances included are: Gas Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal unit, Combo Freezer Refrigerator, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and all flatware, silverware, Calphalon cookware and utensils.
Office area has room for your computer. Wireless setup or cable set up.

The living room has all leather furniture, flat screen television with comcast as our provider. Enjoy the local entertainment and news.

The bathroom is completely restored with a soaker tub with shower enclosure. Enjoy a nice quiet relaxing bath or shower with our European bath products. Luxurious monogrammed bathrobes and slippers are provided.
The downstairs features a walk in shower, double sinks, and entertainment room.


Laundry facilities (washer/dryer) are located in the downstairs storage area. Iron and ironing board provided.

Adirondack chairs provided on the porch--perfect for relaxing with a great wine you just found in a local, boutique winery and your favorite book.
Backyard wine barn, pergala, vineyard and barbecue make this the ideal

**Please note***This vacation rental is one of a limited number of legal short term vacation rentals properties in Napa County. There are no legal vacation rental homes for stays less than 30 days outside of the city of Napa, including Yountville, St. Helena and Calistoga, and the unincorporated area of the county, except those connected to a resort, such as Silverado. Even in the city of Napa, a vacation rental must have both vacation rental and business licenses from the city and pay the transit occupancy taxes. The city council wants to stop illegal rentals, so please be sure to rent a property that is properly licensed.

Great location

Welcoming cozy cottage with a lovely host. Located within walking distance to Napa wine train and downtown Napa. The various outdoor seating areas were beautiful, especially by the pergola and fire pit area. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. The only negative being some areas were a bit cluttered and dusty.

Perfect base got Napa Vacation

Susan is an amazing and accommodating host. Could not have been any better. Charming home with nice furnishings, terrific kitchen and all that was needed. We easily walked to nearby downtown Napa for dinner, drinks, shopping. Outdoor patio with fire pit and vineyard amazing.

Amazing location just north of Main street - all of downtown Napa is walkable! Great house and even better host - warm, friendly, generous and fair. You cannot go wrong with this rental for your next trip to Napa! We will absolutely use it again next trip!

Great Location and Easy Stay

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location is perfect and everything in downtown Napa is walkable. There is a bit of road noise at night, but the location is so great it didn’t bother us too much. The yard space is beautiful and so picturesque, it was a great place to relax. The front porch was also a great morning coffee spot. It was also nice having a driveway to park in. The day we arrived there was a large festival and street parking was sparse, having a driveway was great. During the weekdays street parking was fine. Susan was a great host and was there for any needs that came up, she gave great recommendations on wineries to visit and places to eat. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Stay

Susan was the hostess with the mostess! This was a girls trip to Napa and the cottage was perfect for the four of us. We were comfortable and it had anything we needed and more. The location was great, we enjoyed walking to The Model Bakery at Oxbow Market each morning. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Susan's place was great to stay at! Cute house stocked with all the little things you might need during your stay. The courtyard with vinyard was so awesome! We sat by the firepit at night with a glass of wine. Quick walk to restaurants and shops downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming Napa house walkable to downtown

This property was excellent for our group. We walked to the farmers market rigjt across the street. Walkable to everything downtown Napa has to offer. Outdoor area is perfect for sipping some wi e with your friends.

Girls Trip!

We came here in February for a girl’s 50th birthday celebration. The house is in a perfect location to downtown Napa and is walkable to many restaurants and stores. Susan, the owner, checked in with us during our stay and made a perfect host!!

Perfect location

We loved the location of The Corner Cottage. Everything downtown is walking distance. Also, the backyard is so beautiful and nice to turn on the fire and sip on some wine.

Awesome way the celebrate my 60th

The house was big enough for more than just the three people we had and it was perfectly located within walking distance to everything. Beautiful porch with a fireplace patio which really added to the overall experience. We would stay here again!

Girls Birthday Getaway

The cottage was perfect for 5 of us to sleep and hang out while celebrating a big birthday. Its location made it easy to walk around Napa. Onsite parking was a breeze. Susan was very responsive and welcoming as the cottage host. Highly recommend.

Great cottage in an amazing location downtown. Susan is an excellent host who made our check in and check out process super smooth. You will not want for ANYTHING at this property! If you are looking for a cute and convenient property to downtown...this is it!
