La Casita is a two bedroom one bath Spanish style bungalow located in Napa’s charming Old Town. Completely refurbished, it exudes character and charm from its architecture to its hardwood floors. The tasteful wine country décor is warm and inviting. The options are endless after you settle into this Napa Valley bungalow.

Sit on the front porch and take in a glorious wine country morning after a crisp walk to the local bakery. Pamper yourself at one of the many day spas within steps of La Casita. Enjoy posh shops and epicurean delights at critically acclaimed restaurants downtown ~ all within a ½ mile. Access a large assortment of wine labels at one of the many wine tasting bars in downtown Napa. Plan a picnic in the beautiful Carneros region or the Stags Leap district all within three miles. End it all with a relaxing evening in the hot tub under the stars.

Amenities include central heat and air, two bedrooms with premium king and queen size beds, a lovely bathroom with tub, shower and pedestal sink, fold out queen size bed in the living room, light and bright kitchen with up-graded appliances, private terrace and garden with patio dining, hot tub, washer/dryer in the carraige house in the back yard, smart television with access to all your favorite streaming services, board games and free Wireless Internet.

*** Please not that this house is small, just 752 square feet and it was built in 1936. We allow up to 5 guests, but it will be cozy! Please don't rent this house and complain that it's small. It's called La Casita (the little house) for a good reason!

Can't say enough good things about this house. It was perfect for our stay in Napa for a family wedding. It's a small house, as the listing states, but it was perfect for my me, my husband, and our teen. Our teen loved having her own bedroom for the stay (since she's usually stuck on the fold out couch in a hotel suite). The house is super cute and nicely decorated. The kitchen is stocked with most of what we needed for the weekend (though make sure you bring creamer for your coffee). The backyard is a nice little patio area with a table, hot tub, and fountain, and it has a high fence so that it feels a little secluded though you're in a neighborhood. The house is right there in downtown Napa with restaurants and shops just minutes away. There's even a great taqueria right on the corner just steps from the house! Parking was easy, communication was good throughout, and entry to the house was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Exploring Napa

My wife and I had a great time in Napa (not counting the overwhelming amount of rain). La Casita was great. Very easy walk to downtown restaurants and tasting rooms and everything else Napa had to offer. Very close drive to the Napa Valley Wineries as well. The house had everything we needed and was clean, cozy and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

great little cottage in a residential neighborhood minutes from downtown and all the action. Everything was as advertised cute with a slight tilt. Great hot tub and outdoor space .

Adorable and great location

The house is as advertised. It is small, but has everything you need. We even made a full Thanksgiving dinner! We loved sitting outside and enjoying our wine with the fireplace . My only suggestion is to get a better wine opener - it is Napa.

50+ bachelorette weekend

The Casita was so perfect for us!! 5 ladies stayed. We cooked, used the hot tub morning and evening along with the cool fireplace. Location was perfect. Walking distance to little market, Mexican food and spa. We all got massages at Awaken- great lottle day spa. Great vineyards 2-5 miles away. Beds great! Excellent will stay again. Thank you

Napa Bday trip

Well, my family and I walked into this property and it was chaos. It hadn’t been cleaned from the prior party staying there. I was very upset about this, which was amplified after a long day of wine tastings. I called the property manager, Belinda, she was unable to answer so I contacted her counterpart, Teresa. Teresa was able to come quickly and clean the property while my family and I went and grabbed dinner. I did appreciate the quick action that was taken. By the time we came back the property was clean other than a few minor things like bedskirts and chair cushions that were noticeably stained…they may have been that way prior though so that didn’t bother us so much. Belinda gave us a free night which we deserved so that was appreciated. I will say, the property is cute and we loved the decor. One bathroom for 4 ppl was a bit of a struggle but totally doable for a couple days. The location is pretty good and close to downtown Napa.

Overall the Casita is a good stay, we felt there were a few improvements that would have made it worth the price and value we paid. Pros: -Cute area, safe neighborhood. Always easy parking out front -Really cute outside patio area -washer/dryer -Overall decent space, wouldn't probably be good for more than two couple though and that'll even be a little tight with the bathroom. But still very doable -Location was good, easy walk to downtown! -Taqueria nearby really good! Cons: -Did not feel really cleaned. Very musty smelling from the pack n play to the towels. We didn't even use the high chair because of how gross it was which was a bit of inconvenience for us (had a 16m old with us). The ceiling fans were covered in a thick layer of dust. I tried to clean one and there was still so much dust leftover we just didn't feel comfortable running them. We know there is air, but the nights were so nice out that we would have enjoyed windows open with the fans on. There was a stain on the sheets on the queen bed that seemed set in. -The queen size bed is veryyyyy broken in. Highly uncomfortable if two people are sleeping in it. Really needs an update. Again, overall the pros outweigh the cons and we appreciated our stay, but do feel a few small changes and a deep clean could really improve one's stay.
