The condo stays naturally cool thanks to the air conditioning system — a real luxury in wine country. This privately-owned condo is within the Silverado Resort community but managed by Casago — no daily resort charge. On-site restaurants, market, and shops are open to all. Spa, fitness center, and championship golf are operated by Silverado Resort with their own access policies — please verify directly with the resort. Excellent public courses like Chardonnay and Eagle Vines are nearby. The community pool near your condo is available for refreshing afternoon dips. The primary renter must be 25 or older. High-speed internet keeps you connected, though you may find yourself preferring the balcony views to screen time. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located near the community pool — this unit does not have an in-unit washer/dryer.
