Nantucket Gem
It was our first time in Nantucket and we absolutely fell in love. Our stay was perfect for our family, everything was exactly as pictured and the home was clean, welcoming and beautifully decorated. It was close to everything and made it easy to hop into stores and restaurants with our kids. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely bright and spacious property in great location. Appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Owner very nice and very responsive. Perfect! (Older guests or those with small children should consider that stairs to the apartment are steep and watch not to trip on the step inside)

Fantastic Vacation Spot
The condo was beautiful, clean and just perfect for our small family. The patio with grill was lovely and we enjoyed using it. The walk to town was quick and easy. Gretchen was so helpful and communicative, it was very impressive. If we had questions she would quickly respond and she was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely want to stay here again! 5 stars all around! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Amazing gem in Nantucket!
We had the best time staying at this spot! Incredibly short walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Gretchen was an extremely kind and responsive host, everything was exactly as pictured/ explained in the listing. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Absolute treasure on ACK
My family and I stayed here for a week in July ‘22 and absolutely loved everything about it. The convenience to town was great for us to quickly walk into town every morning for coffee and to let the little ones watch the morning ferry boats arrive. The actual place itself was totally renovated and everything felt brand new! Everything we needed was already present upon arrival. I also have to call out how amazing the host was. We spoke on the day of check in and my questions were almost always answered in no more than a couple minutes throughout our stay. We absolutely would stay here again, and refer friends to stay!
