"We had a wonderful stay at this house. It had everything we needed and our host Peter communicated well with us. The house was very clean and had plenty room for all four of us. It was a very cold spring weekend and the heat worked very fast and well in all the rooms. We loved cooking and sitting in the sunlight living room. We can't wait to visit this wonderful cottage again!"

"The cottage was clean and comfortable as reported. The location is excellent, we walked to town, and all around. I would call the house a cottage as it is relatively small and the decor etc are a little dated but cute. The one draw back was that it was like 90+ degrees and there is no AC. We opened all the windows and there were plenty of window fans available and overhead fans, and while it did cool down some at night, we were still hot and there really wasn't anything to do to get some relief....

"A beautiful cottage, decorated perfectly and very comfortable… great to wake up each morning in this lovely, cheery place. We did our sight-seeing and shopping each day as we were conveniently very close to town (central Nantucket)… and then enjoyed going back to our “oasis” of the Eliza cottage. Very clean, everything worked perfectly, great beds, showers and kitchen. The Eliza cottage exceeded our expectations!"

"Another wonderful stay at the Cindy! Last time I booked the Cynthia which includes an extra bed (the one pictured) and bath, but it didn't really matter. The space is bright and clean with a great kitchen. Walking distance to everything in town on a quiet side street. Def recommend!"

"this was our first time coming to Nantucket. The location of the cottage could not have been better. We enjoyed walking into town multiple times a day, walking to the beach, and just wandering around the surrounding neighborhood. The cottage is obviously well loved. Beautiful oil paintings and the garden was something special. If we ever find ourselves back up this way again, we will definitely stay in the same spot!"

"My small family of 3 had such a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this cottage. We found everything to be exactly as described and as depicted in the photos. The location was close enough to town to allow for an easy walk to shops, but also in a great jumping off spot for drives to other parts of the island. It was also super quiet. Though the bathroom was relatively small, it was very clean and functional for our needs. The kitchen had modern appliances that made meal prep easy. My 11-year old...
