The pool depth at the room access was only 0.5m so made entry/exit easier. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast was also very good with nice tasting bacon, eggs any way to order and a great selection of other dishes. Highly recommended"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Khao Lak Oriental Resort. We stayed in a swim-up room, which was amazing and really made our holiday extra special. The hotel has a lovely traditional Thai style and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Our room was cleaned every day and the whole hotel was spotless. Beds and towels were changed whenever requested, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. There was a great selection at breakfast, with plenty of choice, and all of the staff were so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect for us. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the main strip, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops, but there are also several bars and restaurants right on the doorstep if you don't fancy the short walk. We would definitely recommend the Khao Lak Oriental Resort and would happily stay here again. A lovely Thai-style hotel, fantastic staff, great location and a wonderful swim-up room — everything we could have asked for!"

After spending time here, I can honestly say that this is one of those places where you quickly feel comfortable and at home. 🌿 PEACEFUL, QUIET & BEAUTIFUL The first thing that stands out is the atmosphere. The resort is surrounded by beautiful tropical trees and gardens, creating a peaceful little oasis in Khao Lak. Even though you are close to the restaurants, shops, and everything happening around Khao Lak, the resort itself is remarkably quiet and relaxing. That is something I really appreciate. There is no need to rush. You can have breakfast, take a walk through the gardens, relax by the pool, and simply enjoy the day. 🍳 THE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD I have really enjoyed the breakfast here. The food is tasty, there is a good selection, and it is a very pleasant way to start the morning. A good breakfast, followed by a quiet morning around the resort, is a great way to enjoy Khao Lak. 😊 THE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT One of the biggest reasons I have enjoyed my stay is the staff. They are very polite, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell when people genuinely care about providing good service, and I have experienced that here.
