"Overall disappointed. Booked a room thru Expedia with two double beds but what we got was one with one double bed and extra mattress. Not clean, plastic glass, no toilet rolls, ok service, no restaurant, many things not working and were not attended to in spite of reminders. The rooms and toilet were dirty, neglected and in a really bad shape.Considering what they charge for these rooms I'm surprised people are willing to pay for such dirty and substandard rooms.In our case we had no choice since we were booking last minute through expedia. It was one of the worst experiences of our travel bookings and accomodation so far. We are world travellers and do all our bookings through Expedia, never before have we paid so much for this poor quality of accomodation."
