"Excellent hotel. Executive room was very spacious. Only down side was room was very hot and as the air conditioning is centrally controlled I could not reduce the temperature. This meant a few sleepless nights. It changes next week I’m told. I do not think this is acceptable. The room temperature should be controlled independently. No public transport to town in the evenings so had to rely on car. Gondola available during day and is a good way to visit the town. Really positive stay, just need...

"It is a very nice boutique hotel in Namur (probably unique as far as I know). The restaurant is excellent. Only the breakfast could be improved. But overall, a really pleasant stay."

"This hotel is cheap and a little run down and the lift was repeatedly out of order. Our room to the rear of the hotel had a nice view of the 'mountain' and cable car. It was also quiet."

We went back to the reception to complain and the guy said it was because the room was closed for a long and make the water run the smell disappear, which did not happen.
