'close to the sea'? it is in a strip of bars and hotels in a small town more than a half hour drive away from any ocean area. "Staff very friendly and housekeeping are very responsive. Lobby can get pretty busy and it is nice being connected to a department mall with a grocery/deli in the basement. The perfume used in the hotel though was pretty strong in the hallways. "
