"You have alot of places with in a three to five minute walk. The train and bus station, grocery store, pharmacy. The place is nice and quiet as well. It is fully supplied with tableware for the guests staying longer. Check in and out are hassle free. "

"Me and my partner had a lovely night here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and of course the cypress bath was amazing! We also enjoyed the rain shower. The hotel is a bit hard to find as it's tucked back into a residential neighborhood, but that meant it was pretty quiet. Google maps got us there fine though. If you're after someplace that's low key and relaxing, this is a good spot!"

"Location was terrible, garbage collection and sewer collection across the road not to mention the runway and shakes the structure when they take off. Place had an odor of mold in it. When we arrived it was a cold rainy day and our room was just above freezing. Took 5 hours with the lack of insulation in the house to warm up enough to remove our coats. "This was the BEST hotel that we stayed at during our entire Japan trip. It was spacious and felt very much like an American hotel room. I really liked the layout of the hotel and there were plenty of elevators. Even though it was such a large hotel, it never felt crowded in the lobby or hallways. The hotel put out a very large spread buffet spread for breakfast, which guests from both sides used in the morning. This was very full, but the staff were quite attentive and made sure to keep everything well stocked and the tables cleaned. I especially appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. It felt like per luxury! The price was very affordable and quite extremely reasonable for the property, especially one so close to the airport!"
