From the check in to our departure, the staff were excellent throughout. They couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. They organised sight seeing on the heritage train which was thoroughly enjoyable. They took care of our airport transfers. Breakfast was the best on our trip with plenty of choice. The rooftop bar and pool are a great place to chill out. Location in the heart of Hanoi is perfect. Will definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to anyone seeking a high quality and very friendly base to explore this vibrant city.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was incredible! So many different options and very tasty. Then they allowed us to keep our bags there during the day after checking out. They had a private side room with a shower that we could use so we were fresh for our next adventure. Highly recommend this place.
