"Gorgeous location, pristine air and tranquil location. Plentiful food for breakfast buffet, but coffee was awful and Vietnamese dishes lacked flavour, specifically the Pho, which should have a fragrant stock and moreishness. It was watery and tasteless. "Our room was very spacious, but basic. No frills at all. The heated pool was lovely, but after swimming peacefully for about 15 minutes my husband joined me and so did a staff member. She sat on a chair and did a speaker phone call with family (including an excited, screaming child) and ruined the whole peaceful o space. We wound up leaving and he didn’t swim because it was just awkward. A shame because that’s why we chose this hotel. The woman at the restaurant was amazingly kind. Overall it...
