"AVOID! HAZARDOUS TO HEALTH! If I could give this property 0 stars, then I would! Where to start… the staff member at the front desk was very unhelpful and rude. As soon as we arrived (2 hours early), after a long journey, tried to charge us almost double what we initially paid for an early check in. The hotel is dirty and an absolute litter of dirty shoes, thrown all across the floor was what we were met with as soon as we walked in. The pool, that was still under construction, with cowboys dangling pieces of steel above our head was unusable! And not only that - was in a different building! Even if there was no construction work, the pool is still not a place for relaxation as there were only 2 plastic chairs to “sunbathe” and the pool was too small to swim in. We left before even checking in, after being made to wait for about 3 hours in the hotel lobby with no help or assistance offered from hotel staff! "

"The best place and the best service!! We loved our stay here, special shoutout to My for hosting us and becoming our first Vietnam friend The garden is so lovely to relax in, great detox place. Also the food is 10/10. We will hopefully be back one day with our friends and family. "
