This was the best hotel we have been to in Thailand. It is very easy to get spoiled staying at this hotel. The suite was very beautiful and comfortable. First time we stayed in a hotel with Exe. Lounge. Last time we had that was in Singapore. Our business in Si Thammarat was to buy a new car Jaecoo J7 SHS so we are coming back in January.

Lovely place

As ever great staff all the way throughout the hotel. My only downside now is the breakfast. It’s not up to the quality I’ve seen and sampled before. That’s in my opinion only. Bonus for me was Miss Universe show was here last night 😊

Great restaurants and great choices. All the staff are lovely. Names who were so kind were, Dream team on reception, so lovely. Koonking, Karn, Phoopae, art, Adama, Yuwade, Staff house keeping are wonderful and so helpful. Very hard working. Sorry if I missed people

Great staff

The staff and receptionists are so lovely and friendly. Food is ok. Breakfast a bit boring repetitive if you stay like I did for a few weeks. Next to lotus so ok if you need anything. Pool gym and massage spa is very nice, lady there is very kind and helpful.

All in all great staff here.

Stayed here before. What lovely beautiful kind people here. All the staff from the kitchen to the reception and bar. Car park and security are so kind and professional as with the great concierge help. Lovely people Ning lovely and so friendly. Karn so kind and helpful Koongking as ever lovely, beautiful smile. All the management team. Gave me some nice extras for free and made everything a smooth stay.

What can I say. This hotel is amazing and the staff are all fantastic. Food is lovely. Breakfast for me as an Englishman is a little boring, but still ok. Coffee is lovely Choose executive room and get the treatment snacks on the 4th floor. Delicious. Thanks Keith

It’s a nice clean hotel but be aware that proper wheelchair accessible rooms are only available in the delux room cathegory. It’s nice tha there is a fully accessible bathroom at the lobby right next to the restaurant.the restaurant is also accessible and offers pretty good Thai food but I wouldn’t recommend order in any western dishes there. There is another restaurant on the second floor the offers Chinese food of good quality.rooms are pretty comfortable and clean but lack power outlets by the bed which I need to have my devices charged and accessible. However the hotel provided us with a king extension cor when requested that allowed us to get the power to the vicinity of the bed from a power outlet by the desk in the opposite side of the room.

As usual lovely people. Still no umbrellas at the pool. Very hot without them. Only thing that drove me mad was the music & band in the bar, the sound was drowned out by party’s in the conference rooms in the evenings. I could hear very loudly as they keep the door open at the party and also with the other ear, the live band or music in the bar. All to loud and mixed sounds in my head as two musics playing at the same time. Also when the hotel is busy with conferences there is no parking for the hotel paying guests. Should have separate area for the guest. I had to go find parking elsewhere 🙄 Thanks Keith

Was early for check in. Had to sit in lobby for 2 hours. No attempt to get my room cleaned so I could check in early. Said they would call if room available early. Finally at 15 minutes before check in I ask and they say room is ready but no call. The staff not act like they care about customer.
