"our stay was completely enjoyable. Check in was fast, staff wonderful, super helpful and pleasant. We stayed in 2 different rooms during stay and move was a total breeze. We went out for our excursion, the staff placed our luggage in new room by the time we returned. The rooms have the updated plugs and a usb-c port. Light controls at bedside. Very comfy beds. I do think the pillows were overdone; one very large pillow and one usable (perfectly substantial and soft) pillow for sleeping. The large ones were visually appealing but not soft or usable at all, would be much better to have two usable pillows per person. The plants were very beautiful and well kept. The pool was quite a wonderful part of the stay. Gradual entry with NO slipping. A little slippery at our door entry into pool, but there was a safety mat in place (use it). Wonderful fluffy comfy seat on our pool deck. Layout space of the room was perfect. Nice huge mirrors. Robes, slippers, perfectly fit. Shower was great. Restaurant at resort was very beautiful. Very nice staff. Beautiful food. A little bland on natural food flavor enhancement. The local non alcoholic drinks were delicious. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, lots of international options. We will definitely stay again!"
"Well it was a rocky start, wrong room then broken aircon then a lost transport bus. However this was all fixed rapidly thabks to 2 members of staff the lady on the pink desk and the gentleman in the cafe area. They really are a saving grace for the hotel. Once the problems where fixed the stay was fine and i would advise it for people. The 3pm check in could do with being 2pm like most other hotels but thats really the only thing i would change."
"I stayed here to relax after a couple of weeks travelling and staying in hostels and it was perfect. It was close to the night markets and it was lovely to see Thailand in a less tourist aspect. The bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend. "
"From checkin to checkout. All was swift and with ease. Good location as it’s just far enough away from town but not too far away (a car is needed if you stay here). The pool is perfect for lounging around on the hot days of summer. "
"This was our 3rd stay for a short period, but the next time will be much longer as this is the BEST nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel in Thailand. The beds are incredibly comfortable with GIANT pillows. The staff has always been accommodating. The bathtub on the balcony with ceiling fan is by & far one of the best amenities after a long day of trekking around Krabi.
With onsite laundry, classes, all day snacks & drinks. Shaded day beds by the pool, it's a hidden gem oasis.
Right next to the Krabi market, a 2 min walk to groceries, 7-11, coffee shops and the Italian restaurant attached makes some of the best neopolitan pizza you will find in Krabi. We stayed 12 days in another "cheaper" hotel and ended up spending our last day at the Blu Monkey. It was a great way to end our vacation, but we won't book elsewhere ever again. Looking forward to our next stay already!!!"
