Well it was a rocky start, wrong room then broken aircon then a lost transport bus. However this was all fixed rapidly thabks to 2 members of staff the lady on the pink desk and the gentleman in the cafe area. They really are a saving grace for the hotel. Once the problems where fixed the stay was fine and i would advise it for people. The 3pm check in could do with being 2pm like most other hotels but thats really the only thing i would change.

Preis-Leistung okay, da das Hotel wirklich günstig im Vergleich zu anderen 4* Hotels für einen Übergang von zwei Tagen war. Die Einrichtung war jedoch sehr einfach, die Geräuschkulisse auf den Fluren sehr interessant. Das schlimmste war jedoch ein von Stunde zu Stunde schlimmer werdender Geruch im Bad, welcher einer Mischung aus Verwesung und Abwasser glich. Für den Preis jedoch den Erwartungen entsprechend gewesen.

The only convenient thing about this property is a close proximity to the airport. Bottled water was provided daily. Staff is trying to be nice but you can tell they are faking it. They dont care. This hotel is dirty, run down and sheets not changed in 4 days. Water pressure is shocking and on my last night they took face towels and did not bothet replacing them. Shuttle bus only twice a day 0930 to drop you and 1720 to pick you up(25 minutes ride to Ao Nang beach), however on my second day, shuttle did not arrive until 1820 and I had to call the hotel asking whete is the shuttle. Never again. Do your self a favour and stay closer to Ao Nang.

stayed for 2 days and got woken up at 8 am on both days. first day it was a machine sawing, and the second it was hammering because the room next door was being refurbished. otherwise a nice hotel

Super clean and large room, bed was hard. Pool was clean. Offered free transfer to Ao Nang however the timings weren’t accurate was an hour late multiple times. Good location next to pharmacy and 711. Allowed us to leave our bags for 5 hours before our transfer. Would return and recommend

We stayed 3 nights. The staff were always wonderful, helpful and friendly. The pool is excellent and the breakfast changed every day and was great. However, the hotel itself is a bit battered and the rooms we stayed in didn’t look so much like the photos. Our first room was not the room we booked. We stayed two nights in this room before our booked room became available. The balcony on the first room looked onto an internal courtyard were staff worked, but we had booked for a room with a view. The second room was more like the photos and had a great view of the town skyline. However, the bathroom had a lot of water damage and some mould. I imagine the hotel would be wonderful again with a deep clean and a bit of renovation. It’s got the potential for so much character. Great street/local food around hotel.

Better than expected for so cheap 💓

Amazing service and nice rooms for the price too! The building is a little dated but hotel is cuteee. Would recommend hire of a car as it’s half an hour from Ao Nang beach.
