3 separate sleeping areas including 2 bedrooms on second floor and tatami space on first floor.
1st bedroom - 2 double beds and space for 3 futons
2nd bedroom - 2 single beds
Tatami space - space for 3 futons
Kitchenette with microwave, electric kettle and small fridge with freezer. Silverware, tableware and cups provided. No stovetop.
Large Japanese style cypress walled, tiled bath with large glass doors which fully open to a Japanese garden and fresh air.
2 separate washrooms with latest fully automated bidet washlets.
New model washing machine/dryer combo for laundry and Dyson hair dryer provided on premises for use.
Considerations:
As this is a 150+ year old house with much of the original structure in place, please be understanding of the following:
- higher possibility of insects
- lower doorways
- steep staircase
- faster heat loss as lower insulation
- located on main roadway so possibility of nighttime traffic noise
**in consideration of the neighbours and surrounding community, it is requested to keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm.
