"We had a fabulous stay in this hotel - the level of service and personal attention was fantastic - from accommodating our later than planned arrival and later dinner time, through to every interaction with staff. The set dinner tasing menu of 9 courses was very special and the welcome drink at the bar in front of the stove was thoughtful and a lovely touch as were all the little treats and drinks. We would love to return. Thank you to all the staff."

"The tall glass windows in the lobby was relaxing to have afternoon tea while waiting for my room. The staff were very attentive, especially the concierge who saw me struggling with my luggage at my parked vehicle. He ran out with an umbrella to help me in the pouring rain. "We (couple) were very late arriving due to an issue earlier that day. Once we figured out the right phone number to call, the staff were only too happy to stay back an extra half hour for us to check in. Due to our late arrival we didn't get to spend long here but we certainly enjoyed our short stay; the room was comfortable, warm and clean, the facilities were good and the communal spaces were warm and welcoming. "The staff at the counter don't seems to be able communicate effectively. We checked in quite late and we were told about dinner need reservation before specific time resulting we headed out nearby ramen shop but were not accepting anymore customer.
