"The Hotel was clean with good food and handy in that it has a bar and restaurant in the same premises, with Pool table and dancing floor. The staff could be a lot more customer friendly. I had booked on-line a standard double room. When I arrived the receptionist the standard double room is two single beds. And not a single double bed. We argued for over 20 minutes and would not change me to my request, unless I paid more. Not a good first impression to me. The instant over head...

"Good property that I’ve stayed at several times now. The food is extremely slow to come if it comes at all. The quality is very hit and miss. The rooms are great, love the gym and the location. WiFi is horrible…staff is very nice although not always very helpful, It’s right next to (connected accessible by hotel elevator) the EZO restaurant and the Moyo Casino."
