Peut mieux faire
Il est vrai que je suis arrivé tôt le matin et je n'avais pas prévenu. Cependant il me semble que la chambre pouvait être prête plus tôt. Ensuite, j'ai du demander comment marchait la télé, mais il y avait seulement les social medias, pas de TV channel. La douche a un problème avec le sol, mauvaise inclinaison, qui stocke l'eau dans un coin, et pas de raclette pour la chasser. Le living room est très beau, la cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée, seulement un autre habitant avait laissé sa vaisselle dans l'évier. Peut mieux faire à ce prix de la chambre.

Pulizia pessima. Una stanza era chiusa perché non avevano tempi di pulirla, così ci è stato detto
Foto della cucina con pentole lavate in maniera non conforme ai miei canoni di pulizia
Bagno con evidenti tracce di capelli e tazza sporca
Porta della camera chiusa perché non avevano avuto tempo di pulirla. Noindiamo arrivati alle 19,30 di sera

hello Renato,thank you for choosing us to host you. We are sorry about your experience, you had misplaced your keys which we gave out spare and about the room not being clean, actually its your first group that came in early that used the room. i understand u came in two groups because of different flights. thank you and sorry for the misunderstanding
