"The Naini Retreat was fantastic! The property sits high on the mountain, offering beautiful views. The staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were very willing to address my dietary restrictions and provide some incredible food. I also used the spa, and it was a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel provides courtesy shuttles down to the market, which is greatly appreciated. They also have a daily high tea which I highly recommend. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Nainital. "

"Property is in a very quiet, calm, safe place. Service and staff were very helpful and awesome.Great breakfast and dinner. The 2 major cons are the uphill and the distance away from mall road. We booked 2 rooms and one of the room was smaller in size and not a deluxe."

"Whenever I go nainital, I prefer to stay in The Pavilion. Property location is very good,600-700 from main mall road. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very supportive. Food is delicious "

Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal."
