"The Naini Retreat was fantastic! The property sits high on the mountain, offering beautiful views. The staff were exceptional: friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were very willing to address my dietary restrictions and provide some incredible food. I also used the spa, and it was a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel provides courtesy shuttles down to the market, which is greatly appreciated. They also have a daily high tea which I highly recommend. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Nainital. "

"This hotel located 1 hour journey from Pantnagar airport. Although it is not near to town, but it has nice mountain view from hotel room, and roof top restaurant! Clean and spacious room. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. "

"Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal."

"I used my credit card to pay at the hotel upon check in and 2days later a fraud transaction of an equivalent amount was made on my credit card under a different sterling property which means the number and pin of my credit card was copied at the time of swiping. Din’t expect such chains to be frauds."
