Book a Naha Cottage

Great hotel and staff. The cocktail selection could be a little better, but apart from that everything else was excellent.

Enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Great location, easily accessible to the Monorail and Kokusai-dori street.

The hotel staff are excellent. They paid attention to details in ensuring that we would have a comfortable stay. He even waved goodbye to us when we left in taxi for the airport.

Nice staff

Service and room were great but also it was very nice to have a large waiting area with complementary drink and snacks

Very convenient location. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. The laundry facilities are great.

We stayed at the Naha Terrace in January this year, just after the New Year rush had finished. The facilities and service were excellent in every way...good old fashioned 5 star service from entering the hotel, through to reception, Butler service and every staff member we encountered. The pool was lovely, though as with most outdoor pools in Okinawa, closed during our stay. (I was dying for a swim in Okinawa-as though cold for them, it was not dissimilar weather to what we were having at home...

Lovely rooms with great amenities and a great location in Naha. The restaurant was good too.

素晴らしい所でした。立地、設備、チェックイン、アウト、全ての対応がよかったです。

Clean rooms and facilities. Very well maintained. Buffet was fantastic. All their staff were very friendly. 5 star hotel service!

Compact but big enough for a couple. Clean room. Good amenities, gym, laundry, pool.Coin laundry was cheap and easy to use. Nice pool. Just a few steps from Meibashi station. Staffs were very accomodating and friendly. The only downside was ,we couldn't set up the TV as there was no English option on the menu. Netflix was not available.

This was the second time we have stayed at a Nest Hotel and have not been disappointed. The staff always greet you with a smile, helped us book dinner reservations several times, called cabs, and were generally just really nice people. I will always stay at a Nest hotel when coming back to Japan. Thank you to all the staff!!!

This is a new, clean, comfortable resort in a good location - near the monorail and one of the main tourist streets in Naha. The complementary draft beer and popcorn were great. There are activities daily which are great for kids. The pool area is often filled with kids so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want a quiet, adults retreat. The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. It is a shame they charge for parking and laundry, so be prepared for that.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The location is super convenient, just being a short walk from the monorail and Kokusaidori. The rooms are fantastic. The staff are very helpful and, best of all, they do a happy hour for guests at their rooftop lounge between 6 and 7pm. Easily one of the best places I've ever stayed in on my trips to Japan and I'll definitely be returning the next time I'm in Okinawa.
