Centrally located in the heart of the Outer Banks is a beautiful Oceanside community called Seaside at the Village of Nags Head. SS-47 is just a couple lots away from the ocean and situated on a quiet, dead end cul-de-sac. Walk out your front door to a wooden boardwalk to the Ocean where the family dog is welcome all year long, on a leash of course.

Enjoy the great weather and exercise too on the 11-mile long multi-use path that runs from the Kill Devil Hills/Nags Head town line to South Nags Head. This wide path runs parallel to the ocean and is enjoyed by locals and vacationers alike. It's perfect for cycling or simply strolling around on a pretty day. Restaurants and shopping, fishing and historic sites are all within a short drive.

13' x 29' private pool, hot tub with easy open-close lid, jetted tub, foosball table, WiFi, grill, outside shower.

Pets allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping. Parking available for for 5-6 cars. Village Beach Club access not included. vacation station was a nice house with a very nice pool and hot tub. very close to the beach. had two calls to maintenance which both went well. our only complaint with the house was with the stairs. the exterior stairs were very steep and hard to climb. the interior stairs with their shape and style constantly had us tripping up or down them. minor complaint overall very pleased. now the weather stunk but that's out of your control.

We've been renting on the banks for 14 years and many years through Village Realty. For us this was an okay but not great house. Positives short walk to beach, nice pool and hot tub, decent amt of space for smaller groups, pet friendly without smelling like pets have stayed here. Negatives bottom floor has strong mildew smell making the bottom bedroom very difficult to use (we didn't need to luckily), bathroom drains were totally clogged and didn't drain, furniture is on the shabby side and master bathroom is due for an upgrade. Also we didn't realize all beds are queens with no kings (owner does have this listed). This was difficult for us as we have young children who don't sleep in their own beds throughout the night. Overall a nice vacation with the close beach location and nice pool trumping the actual house.

We had a very nice time at Ss47 Vacation Station! This beach home was warm and welcoming and had plenty of room for all. Any minor issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. My family loved the close proximity to the beautiful clean beaches, and enjoyed the pool as well! We could see real progress in swimming skills with the little ones. The home was well equipped and comfortable, allowing us to make great meals with the local seafood. Great food markets and fresh seafood markets are just around the corner Thank you for a wonderful vacation and great memories to share.
