6 bedrooms, 5 ½ bath semi-oceanfront OBX vacation home; Fronting the Beach Road in South Nags Head (guests will cross the 2 lane Beach Road to get to the ocean). 24' x 12' private heated pool, hot tub, TVs, WiFi, DVR, Blu Ray players, Rec Room with Pool Table, 3 separate seating areas, fireplace, 3 wet bars, high chair, 4 full size refrigerators, basketball goal, screen porch, outside shower, charcoal grill.

Excellent beach access. Guests also have access to the community pool and tennis court at South Creek Acres, which is located about seven homes down and within walking distance.

Pets allowed - dogs only. No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.

Overall Great Time!

I really want to be able to just check 5 stars all the way down, however, we did have one "small" issue, roaches. Every morning there was at least one roach in the kitchen, I would have to get it before my mom saw it because she was freaking out. One night we were watching TV and along came a roach across the wall. The owner was very responsive and let us know they sprayed within 7 days and hopefully they will dyeing soon, however, that was not the case. We also had significant spiders that came out one night and were like everywhere, we had to go inside. We got some bug spray and sprayed ourselves for the next night. The location of the house was great! The owners were very responsive, we had a clog and they came right out and fixed it, it was just the bugs which made it feel a little dirty. My youngest also came home with HFM, so I'm not sure of the sanitation process these days. The pool was wonderful! Heated, we LOVED the pool! Thank you for a wonderful time with our family! We would stay again!

Baldwin Summer Vacation

The house was perfect for our family. Two sets of bunk beds, all bedrooms except the master on the same floor which made it good for all of the family's to have their own area. The den and the rec room w/sofa and tv were also a plus. Beach access across the street made it easy with a 1yr old. Everyone enjoyed the pool.

Good value and location

The rental house was just right for our stay with 9 family members. A few minor inconveniences included previous renters did not roll the garbage to the curb, part of the kitchen outlets didn’t work, weather stripping on main door needs replacing, hand soap would be nice. In the end we had a great time and would come back again.

Loved this place, great location across from the beach access and close to Oregon Inlet. Decorated well and a Fridge on each floor was fantastic. Heated pool was wonderful as was the hot tub and pool table, certainly kept us in at nights! Dryer was down when we arrived, we were brought extra linens and the dryer arrived the next day. Village Realty was quick to address the issue and kept me updated (am not a fan of doing laundry on vacay) but much appreciated! The key code door for check in/out was a great convenience, no waiting in line for a key. Definitely recommend Triple Play and Village Realty

The house was gorgeous and very spacious. For the most part it was clean (a couple things I would of liked to see cleaner but not a big deal). The pool was very nice but needed a good vacuuming and the hot tub was wonderful after a long day of shopping and walking on the beach. The king size bed in the master bedroom was fabulous, all tho some of the other beds & pillows need replacing and VR said they would definitely be checking this out.

We had three generations together for the week and could not have asked for anything more, well an elevator for the old folks but we needed the exercise! There was something for everyone from the teen boys and the game system to the toddlers and children's books. The many TVs were a godsend and the refrigerators kept the snacks and drinks flowing! I didn't hear "I'm bored" once!!! The house was more beautiful and larger than I anticipated so we never felt cramped. My sons are Chefs and fit very nicely in the kitchen together. We will definitely be back.

Having a great time at the beach. The sunsets and the moon over the ocean sipping a glass of wine is my favorite time. Taking a trip up to Corolla tomorrow and see if we can see the wild mustangs.
