Southern Reach: Soundside Golf Villa w/ Beach Club Access and Sunset Views

Enjoy the spectacular sunsets over Roanoke Sound while overlooking the 13th fairway and green from our 3-bedroom OBX vacation home in Nags Head. This property is ideally situated for your family to enjoy all the amenities necessary for a perfect getaway! Inside, you’ll find TVs, DVD players, and WiFi for your entertainment, as well as a grill for outdoor cooking and an outside shower for convenience after a day at the beach.

Guests also have access to Village Beach Club facilities, including an Olympic-sized pool with lap lanes and a diving board, along with a wading pool exclusively for children. The Village Oceanfront Bathhouse, located at the northern end of the community, is reserved for the private use of The Village at Nags Head owners and their guests.

September 2018 Stay

This is our 2nd yr staying at this rental. We have been coming to OBX for many yrs and by far Southern Reach has been the best. Everything was neat and tidy! Very convenient to stores and such! I also enjoyed the upper deck of the house. Every morning I would sit drinking my coffee and watch the tree frogs! We will definitely be back again!

August 2017 Stay

This was our first time staying in Nags Head. We generally stay in Duck or Corolla but we are so glad we chose this house. It was convenient to our favorite places and the beach club access was great for our children. We enjoyed the house and it's floor plan. The house did have a lot of hair from prior guests on the floor and seemed not as clean as we thought. The bathroom on the middle floor had some issues with the shower curtain and the lighting upstairs and electric outlets were odd. Not sure why the wifi modem was in the master bedroom. Overall we loved the views of the golf course and location. It was a nice stay and comfortable for our family. We would recommend this place to our family and friends.

Nice place - next to golf club. Quiet at night. 5 minute walk to ocean. Nice reataurants. 5 minutes to Kitty Hawk Museum. Needs bigger TVs. Does have Wifi No problems
