Located on the second floor in the Landing at Sugar Creek community, you'll be close to local shopping at the Outlets just next door, great local dining at Sugar Creek restaurant, and only 300 yards from the beach access! Plus, as a guest at Sound and Sea, you'll have access to the soundfront community pool!

At Sound and Sea 213, enjoy stunning views of the sound from the living room and have a front row seat to those famous OBX sunsets on your own, private, furnished deck. The kitchen features all of your culinary needs including a coffee maker and blender. The dining table has room to seat 4 and the breakfast bar can seat an additional 2. Each bedroom features a Queen bed. The master bedroom and 2nd Queen bedroom provides access to the deck that overlooks the sound. Sound and Sea 213 has everything you need for your next Outer Banks vacation!

Week long family getaway

The actual apartment was amazing and clean. Great location near the beaches. Loved spending time outside on the deck. The only thing that I didn't like about the property is that you needed to provide all of your own toiletries/linens/towels and misc things that normally a rental property provides. This wasn't mentioned at all in the listing which I found to be a bit cumbersome that I had to buy all of these things on my first night there. Things that I had to buy for myself included: linens, towels, hand towels, laundry detergent, hand soap, paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, and garbage bags.
