A Little Disappointing....
This property was ok...kitchen: as with most rentals, pots and pans-ok...I do not know why cheap non-stick pans are ever used/stocked. All were scratched horribly. kitchen Cabinets were peeling, drawers hard to open. There were no dish clothes or towels in the kitchen. I did not know I needed to bring these. Weather turned cool during our week, no real blankets for the beds. Towels that were provided were very old, very thin. No linens for the extra pillows in the closets. Pool could have been used the first part of the week, but the filter/pump was not running, pool was dirty- lots of leaves, which we we could remove ourselves, but there was a film over the
entire pool surface. We did not go in. The outside needs some attention, deck railings are failing, deck off the dining room felt a little spongy near the railing, we did not use this deck, or let our 2 1/2 year old grandson on the deck. The mattresses are needing to be replaced. The house was on a nice street, easy walking distance to the beach. Beautiful views from the back of the house. We enjoyed grilling out one evening, and playing Corn Hole in the back yard. This was the 1 st VRBO we have used. Appreciated not having a bunch of "add on Fees/taxes" that seem to be the norm for other rentals.
