Quite Right is oceanfront with views of the sunrise over the ocean. This comfortable, spacious, & well-equipped townhome is the perfect choice for your family. This home is just steps from the private walkway which takes you to either the community pool or the glorious beach; you choose which body of water to enjoy first!

The spacious, open floor plan ensures that nobody is left out of the conversation. While using the well-equipped kitchen, you can still enjoy conversations with family or friends. When it’s time for bed, choose which bedroom is right for you. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, while upstairs there are two master bedrooms, each with their own private deck. In the morning, sip your coffee on the master balcony, enjoy the ocean view, and welcome a beautiful new day in the Outer Banks.

MAJOR MOLD

The mold was so bad on the upstairs master suite bathroom ceiling that it was unusable.. water was continuously dripping through door jam causing lights to flicker.. we were told not to turn on that switch. DO NOT rent this property unless this toxic problem is addressed. I reached out as soon as we checked in but of course they could not fix the problem, so we shut it off and inconvenienced ourselves by using the other bathroom which was also being used by other people, I called after check out to ask for some money back seeing we DID NOT get what we paid for and they have yet to call me back.. that was 7/22 and today is 7/27. Extremely disappointed.. would never stay at that property again.. especially for the wildly overpriced amount we paid for what we got. Side bar... please know that the high dunes COMPLETELY block any water view... you pay ocean front prices but can't see any water unless you walk over the dune which was a very short walk.
