Things I would want to know: there is NO ramp from the ground to the house even though it says there is . The dune to get to the beach is a "beach"But very doable. You are in an area where there is hardly anyone. It is a great location. The house is perfect for two couples or a family with a couple of kids. PLENTY of games for the kids and adults! Kitchen is well stocked. No starter items for dishwasher tabs, trash bags, etc, ensure to bring your own. There is a laundry room even though it doesn't show a picture and the outside shower is great.
