You will find everything your family wants in our beautiful home! Relax by the pool or take a short walk to the beach. Enjoy some movie time in the den. Once you stay here you will come back year after year!

6 bedroom Oceanside vacation home on the Outer Banks. Four lots back from the beach the Village at Nags Head. 9' x 25' Private Pool (heated), Hot Tub, jetted tub, grill, outside shower, WiFi.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 5-6 cars. Village Beach Club access is not available for this home. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.

OBX Year Stay

After a few missteps to the beginning of the start, we really enjoyed the property and stay in our yearly trip to OBX! Thank you to the management company for their quick response to a few issues. We would love to stay there again next year!

Family reunion of 7 brothers and sisters and 3 spouses

Just enough beds and baths. HOWEVER. Cockroaches in the house. Mid level baths had rot and mold under sink kick plate. 1 Broken bar stool upon arrival. Master bath top level, the toilet needs upgrading.... water running... doesn't flush properly. Bunk beds are trash. Too soft mattresses and box spring is cardboard.... not firm. No bath mats in bathrooms. Cheap TP and no back up rolls. No dishwasher soap or bath soap. NEEDS ALOT of UPGRADING to be top notch.

Just Wright

Upon arrival we had dead bugs in rooms so I’m not sure the rooms were vacuumed. My bathroom toilet was gross! I had to clean it. Two shower door handles broke and friends almost fell. Several TV’s did not work but were able to get them reconfigured to work all but one in bunk room which needs a hdmi cable to work. Hot tub was great but pool was dirty and had not been cleaned. Screens are missing upstairs so we couldn’t open windows. Someone had the heat on and was very hot on 3nd floor. I was able to get that changed to AC. Elevator was a life saver. We had a great time but the owner/management need to check up on cleanliness and their cleaning crew! They are not doing a good job.
