Exclusive Nags Head location perfectly situated on the shores of the Atlantic offers breathtaking ocean views for the ultimate in a family reunion, a gathering of friends, or a celebration of any kind. This Outer Banks vacation retreat is truly an oceanfront estate with luxurious living and recreation space. Just steps from the ocean, spend your days outdoors enjoying the beach, pool, hot tub and ocean views. Continue the fun in the evening by streaming a movie or your favorite show on the theater’s 120” screen (complimentary Netflix account provided), spending time in the fabulous game room/sports bar, or playing a game of cards in the poker room.

Home Again is an 8 bedroom oceanfront retreat in Nags Head with elevator access to all floors. The private pool area includes Tiki Bar with pool bathroom access, outdoor shower, grills, outdoor speakers, access to the mid-level hot tub, access to dune deck, and grass area with lounge chairs for sunbathing.

Indoor recreation amenities include a home theater with seating for 12, a poker room, and a fabulous game room/sports bar featuring large flat screen TV, pool table, shuffleboard table, foosball, game room kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, commercial ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and bar and table seating.

The upper level offers a large open area great for family gatherings. A 75" flat screen TV is located in the family room. The main kitchen is fully equipped plus many extras have been added to make vacation meal preparation a breeze. The main kitchen includes a Keurig, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, freezer, microwave, commercial icemaker, 6 burner cook-top, 2 wall ovens and a pantry. The dining room table seats 14, great for large family meals. There is additional bar seating for 6.

Smart TVs are available in all bedrooms and wireless internet is available throughout the house. Other amenities include two laundry rooms, gas fireplace in off season, twin sleeper sofa in loft, high chair, and pack-n-play.

The Nags Head Golf Links, Jeanette's Fishing Pier, outlet shopping, and Outer Banks Hospital are all located less than a mile from the home as well as many great restaurants.

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Please note that this home is equipped with an alarm system. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.

Family Vacation

"Home Again" is a well maintained home in an excellent location. The children loved the beach, swimming pool, game room, and the theater room. The adults loved the floor layout, the nicely equipped kitchen, and the cleanliness.

November 2018 Stay

The beautiful beach and property during November at Thanksgiving is a family tradition (over 30 years) you just can’t keep the young ones out of the water! Our grandkids don’t know Thanksgiving anywhere else. Fishing, beach, relaxing and family time are all part of the equation and OBX is the perfect place! The folks at Village Reality are so awesome and accommodating they make it easy to relax and just enjoy the time knowing they will take care of anything that might come up.

September 2018 Two Week Stay - NO ICE

We enjoyed our stay at Welcome Home as we have in prior years. However, we are not happy with the response from Village Realty regarding the ice maker on the top floor. We reported on the second day of our stay that it was not working. No one came the day we called. Got a message saying someone would be there the next day. When no one came by the following afternoon, we called again and finally someone showed up. After the repairman came, he agreed that the ice maker was not working, we were told he could not fix it. After a repairman showed up a day or two later, he told us he had to order a part. We were at the property for a two week stay and that is the last that we heard from Village Realty about the ice maker. When we inquired, we were told that the part was delayed because of the hurricane???? It would have been nice if someone had called to tell us that. We did not have use of the ice maker for the entire two week stay! We are certainly not happy with Village Realty at this point.

August 2018 Stay

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. This house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the beach. We can't thank the owners enough for allowing us to stay here. The game room, the movie theater, the tiki bar and all the Little instructions everywhere just where you needed them. We enjoyed all of it! Everything was top notch. We look forward to returning.

This is an amazing house with all the possible amenities (game room, movie theater, chef's kitchen and beautiful open floor plan) that anyone could ask for! We had a wonderfully memorable reunion with our friends and hope to return.

We had a wonderful time. Did wish the house would have had some beach chairs to use (hint....hint). The kitchen and all it's supplies were great and the game room was a big hit with everyone.
