Two-bedroom, two-bath condo with magnificent ocean views from your 24' x 6' balcony over looking the ocean. Property features include: cable with 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, WIFI, direct beach access, and 2 outdoor pools. Sleeping arrangements include: one king and two twin beds, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Linens for the king and two twin beds are included but guests must bring their own queen-size sleeper sofa linens. In-suite washer and dryer, updated kitchen with microwave, ceramic top stove, and dishwasher. Plenty of parking.

Perfect Place for a Family at OBX

This property was clean, comfortable, and had all that we needed for the week. One of the nicest places that we have ever stayed in at OBX and an absolutely gorgeous view. A perfect location and we enjoyed the pools. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our family with small children. Access to the beach was so easy and the two pools on the property were perfect for the kids when they didn't feel like the beach. The condo itself was great, the kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were just right. I'd definitely stay here again!

2nd year at PierView

We love the location and view from our Pierview condo. This was our second year at this complex. The condo is the perfect size for us. The view is terrific and you're within walking of Jeannette's Pier. We love our morning coffee on the deck, watching the ocean. Thank you for the stay!

Perfect location

This condo was on the second floor and we can watch the sunrise every morning on the balcony. We did not have to leave the house to be in the beach if we did not want to. Bring your own launry detergent, dishwasher soap, bath soap and shampoo.

The View

Breathtaking view from the living room /balcony and primary bedroom! We only had one good "beach" day but because of the location and view it did not matter. The sunrises are spectacular! We did see pelicans and dolphins. It was quiet and comfortable. Would stay again just for the view.

Our stay was very nice, clean, and beds were comfortable. Everything worked well, except for the drain in the master bath was clogged up. Other than that, We had everything we needed. Grocery stores nearby and a lot of good restaurants to choose from. The condo was comfortable as if we were home but had the view of the beach! Thank you.

Old Condo with Great Ocean View

Condo is old but was fairly clean. The balcony is spacious with good seating and excellent views to watch the dolphins and ocean. Utensils were sparse, need forks, spoons and knifes. One twin bed was a little sandy and the bathtubs would not drain. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Spot

I was not the one staying at the property- I rented this condo for my parents as a 50th wedding anniversary gift. They had only good things to say. They reported the outside of the building was a tad run-down, but that the inside was wonderful! They really enjoyed the balcony and spent a lot of time out there. Communication with the property managers was easy! They'd stay there again.
