As you enter EY BELIEVE at the ground level, you'll find the perfect balance of entertainment, relaxation, and fun. The rec room features a flat-screen TV, pool table, foosball, and a shuffleboard table. There is a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and commercial ice maker with a full sink. The private Home Theater includes tiered seating as well as a bar in the back with additional seating. This level also features a King master suite and a master bedroom with two Twins that can convert into a King. Laundry facilities include one full-size stackable washer and dryer unit and one full-size side-by-side set. A half bath is conveniently located on this floor and is easily accessible from the pool area.

The mid-level includes five master suites— including four King master suites (two with ocean views and one with soundside views). The fifth master suite on this floor is dedicated to the kids. This room is equipped with two Twin Bunk Sets; the kids will not want to leave! A centrally located family room features a large flat-screen smart TV, full refrigerator, microwave, and wet bar— a perfect additional gathering area with a game table and seating.

The top level features an expansive great room with a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, and sweeping ocean views. There is also a dining area with seating for 16, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with two full refrigerators, a microwave drawer, a Jenn Aire gourmet cook stove/oven, and an island with seating for eight. There is also a wet bar including a beverage refrigerator. There is a half bath located just off the kitchen. You will also find a nice octagonal soundside seating room with a game table for puzzles, playing cards, and enjoying your morning coffee or your evening cocktail. Sleeping accommodations on this floor include one King master suite.

Special events are welcome with a maximum of 100 guests. A $2,000 event fee will apply. A local licensed event planner/insured event planning company must be used and the name of the person and company must be submitted within 90 days prior to the event.

This home is designed to be handicap-friendly, however not necessarily ADA compliant. This home has a wheelchair-accessible elevator, ramp, and access to the pool area from the front of the home. Please note that not every room or area of the home will be wheelchair accessible. The home is located next to the public beach access with a handicap-accessible beach ramp which is managed by the Town of Nags Head and is subject to change.
