We arrived as expected on Sunday, Aug 30th. Four of the televisions were inoperable and there was broken furniture left in the great room. I called on the 30th and left a message. I also sent a message through the portal. On Monday morning I called and left a voicemail message. No response. On Monday evening I sent a message through the portal. Tuesday morning I called again and spoke with Alana who advised she got the message and would put in a ticket to have maintenance to come out. Tuesday evening still no response. On Wednesday morning we called again and spoke with Amanda who assured us someone would come. On Thursday we personally went into the office and spoke with Alana. We asked to speak with the manager and was told he wasn’t in and she thought he was on travel but she called him. We were then told they were going to try to have John from maintenance to come out. We asked for her manager’s contact information and she gave us a first name but she said she was not to give us a last name, telephone number or email address. We told her we would be leaving and dispute the charge with the credit card company. 30 minutes later John from maintenance came who was very apologetic and said he wasn’t just notified we were experiencing issues. He had to reboot televisions, replace remotes, change light bulbs, took pictures of the refrigerator that had duct tape replacing a missing shelve on the door and had someone to remove the broken furniture the next day.
